Ordered a charboiled chicken sandwich and a mushroom and Swiss through Doordash they delivered it but Hardee's gave me the completely wrong order and took me 6 times for them to answer the phone and all he had to say was that he's been completely swamped with him being the only one there and getting complaints on the phone and to "call back later" I'm at WORK I can't call back later. And if you're so swamped either close the store or call more people in. He was completely rude.
Food was good. Drunk came in the manager tried to get him to leave. It was not the stores fault.the manager did his best
Breakfast platters are wonderful. Only $4 with plenty of food. Will return for more.
Ordered a mushroom and Swiss. Outside of it being the most depressing looking burger I’ve ever seen, they somehow forgot the cheese. I realize this is the more run down Hardee’s in town but good lord was this depressing. Have never been disappointed by a burger until today
The Frisco burger is always good. The fries were fresh and the soda was mixed correctly. Another good experience with Hardee's.
Very very bad experience at Hardee's sat there for 20 minutes to get the wrong food for all three people and then when I called the manager the manager seem like he didn't really even care that we got the wrong food he didn't even want to take my name down so he could give us our food that he that they made wrong very poor staffed I do not find this Hardee's appealing appetizing or anything do not go to this Hardee'sThe manager was telling me that there was a whole bunch of people in there that he was hating it because he just wanted them to leave I do not think this guy should be manager I don't think he's manager appropriate for this store
Don’t know who the young man was manning the drive through and window, but impressed!!! Wiped down my cup, checked the lid three times to assure it was fastened, was in great spirits and friendly. The breakfast sandwich I had was great too.
Famous star double: grilled burger, sliced onions & tomatoes--tasty burger, crispy onions; bun was cold.
Always a favorite... glad they were open at that time of the night.... kuddos to the staff...
Drive through only. I like to go in and sit to eat a meal.
