I ordered a pizza at the Rapid City, SD location - 128 E North St. I submitted the order, my account was charged $31.64. After the order screen popped back up, I wasn’t going to re-order this. I called the location and spoke to the manager. She was extremely rude and not willing to fix the order. This happened once before in New Mexico after i showed the manager my bank showing the charge in my mobile bank app, they made the order. Thank you New Mexico for your customer service. Shame on you Rapid City for such horrible customer service. If I would give them a half a star I would. Going to pickup Little Caesar’s.
Worst experience got my food and the lettuce for my ceaser salad brown and was starting to get slimy. The chicken was also slimy and the shredded cheese was hard absolutely disgusting. Nothing kills the appetite like getting served a brown slimy salad.
All three pizzas were dry. They skimped on every topping. One pizza was wrong. No mushrooms and instead canadian bacon. We did carry out and had it so we would get notified when the pizza was being prepped, baked, and so on. We were waiting an extra 10-15 minutes (it was busy and perhaps understaffed, so... I can kind of understand them being a little behind. Anyway, we never received a notification that our pizza was finished. So yes, I decided to go inside after the 10-15 minutes to find out the pizza was ready. Kinda annoying because I was waiting for the text and never got it. The person who gave me the pizza seemed rather unfriendly. I told her to have a good night and she never said anything back. No smile either. Just looked grumpy. Totally turned off by this location.
Use my phone abb to order, the pizza wasn't the way I order and was a hair cook into the pizza. I try to talk to some one but now days everything is machines answering the phone I took pic of it, 1840 storeMy order was for 12 I think I'm gone change after I been a customer for ever.
Love the pizza. You guys are all awesome. But Ya'll have enough coupons for the next world war. Maybe cut back and pay your employees a living wage? Just a thought.
Food was great, but the person on the phone to call in the order was super disrespectful when I came in I spoke to the manager and let him know the interaction he apologized and gave us some dessert thing. I didn't need the desert and I wasn't too worried about the phone call but the professionalsim wasn't there.
Delicious pizza and smelled good and would definitely recommend going here for all your pizzzzzzza needs!
Placed an online pizza order for contactless delivery tonight, got three pizzas piping hot fresh after about 25 minutes order was correct. fantastic location fantastic pizza. Big thumbs up thank you. The pizza was hotter and fresher than any sit down pizza place in recent memory.
Service is absolutely terrible! We called & placed our order, waited for 45 minutes only to be told they NEVER RECEIVED OUR ORDER FROM THE CALL CENTER even though they took our payment information!!!! Not impressed with their hospitality to out of towners. Need less to say we drove 6hrs hoping to check in at the hotel have pizza & go to bed but we received nothing because they claimed they never got our order. Funny when you call the exact number listed on this google listing, they took our order & payment info but never received our order!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOMINOS OF RAPID CITY TO ANYONE!!!!!!
I don’t think we received the right pizza. A philly cheese stake with no meat? Be careful when you make your order. Plus after waiting over an hour the pizza and wings had to be heated up. Kinda sad our food was cold and we’re only two blocks from there store. #very disappointed
