First time in a Culver's (fast food) restaurant and I was impressed with the friendly service, and this place was as clean as a whistle...spotless!Roomy dinning area that was bright and once again CLEAN.Loved the fish sandwich...best I ever had and my husband liked the simplicity of the grilled chicken sandwich. I loved the flavor of the coleslaw, however, the slaw was swimming in mayo...so won't order that again.The parking was easy In and out with plenty of spaces.We'll be back.
First time stopping at a Culver's. We ordered our food and was very pleased with the quickness the food came out. We went back up to redeem the free school the kids meal came with and order us a couple shakes. The cashier interacted with my 4 year old and made her laugh and smile. The shakes and the scoop where great. The price was also very reasonable.
I like their custard but about everything there is great except the sandwiches

I came to Rapid City on a work assignment and wanted a really good burger ? but, not any of the burger chains and a co-worker suggested Culver's. This is the best burger ever, too bad there aren't any in Reno Nevada. Gonna miss this great burger. You should open a Culver's in Reno Nevada, I guarantee you will make a lot of money and make me happy as well. Outstanding food and service.
Several times I've ordered my salad through the drive through and received no salad dressing. Last time I called and they comp'd me a salad. This time, there's no fork. How am I supposed to eat my salad without a fork? Sad to say, I won't be back. I get that everyone's short handed, we all are. Just sad, is all.
Went here after having an issue with a to go order not being placed correctly at a local restaurant so we needed something quick and easy. Went through the drive thru, placed the order and all seemed fine. Then I get my food and the guy that brought it to me and tells me that it's all in there. I thought of course it is, how would I have two issues with to go orders in the same night. Well get home and no cheese curds. So frustrating and this has happened before. Guess a person has to check the bag prior to pulling away every time
I visited the Culver's on Mt Rushmore Rd with my Lady this afternoon. The service was Excellent and so was the food. This was the first time we have dined in at this location.
