Card systems went down when we had come in, however Sylvia did and amazing job making sure everyone was still getting their orders. She handled the rude customers EXTREMELY well. And to the kind gal that brought us our cookies(I didn't catch her name) she did great too!

Cookies are mostly always good. Not always the best at keeping the selection updated however. And have ordered ahead many times to arrive at time told to pickup and have been told they don't have the cookies I ordered, and policy is to not fulfill order when cookies are available, just have to pick from what they do have, I ordered them when they had them so the order should not have any issues in my opinion and if there is a shortage should be able to come back at later time or so and pick up fulfilled order.
Do not bother ordering ahead!!! I walked in to pick up a paid order only to be told they were out.

4/16/22So I ordered on the app on Thursday with a pick up time given to me for Saturday at 11:30am. I purchased lemon and the sugar for Easter. I ordered in advance to ensure I got the cookies that I wanted. When I got there they told me they did not have any lemon or sugar cookies. When I told her this is why I ordered in advance so I could get those specific cookies. She tells me that the app doesn't really work and I would have to come in the store and look on the menu to see if they had specific cookies. I say, "So I have to drive 10 miles one way to see if you have the cookies I want?" Yep. What the heck!
The cookies are always amazing and the service is usually great however if you order online be aware that you may get there only to find the cookies you ordered are not available at the time you arrive. This has happened to us a couple of times now and is so frustrating. We are currently waiting a half an hour for one of the cookies to be available again…hopefully it will be there when we go back in to get our order this time. Another time 3 of the 4 cookies we ordered were unavailable when we got there so we just ended up canceling the order. We continue to go there because the cookies are so good but they really need to find a way to keep this from happening because it is so frustrating. When you place an order those cookies should be set aside/reserved for you so they are there when you get there to pick up your order.
I love the concept, and the flavors are exciting! The cookies are delicious, although a lot of the time they seem to be undercooked and doughy in the centers. The cookies severed warm especially so, I like a soft and chewy cookie, but not a doughy one!
I had the brownie chocolate mint tonight, what an amazing, refreshing mint on top of the chewy chocolate.
