Cold Stone ice cream is the best around in my opinion!I gave a 3 star though because every time I've gone into the store the staff has been very unwelcoming. They are either rude or simply seem like they despise their jobs and don't want to be there and that, unfortunately, comes across to the customer.
They have silk (vegan) chocolate ice cream now. It's awesome
My boyfriend and I went to go get some ice cream the other night at 8:30. We got the worst service by a guy with short blonde hair and glasses. He was extremely rude and acted like he was annoyed the whole time we were there because we walked in. He had a terrible attitude. Won’t be going back after that.
Despite low reviews about their cakes, I wanted to give this place a chance. Picked up this cake today and highly disappointed. Nowhere near resembles the display picture. Lack of everything and icing mistakes. It seems like it was thrown together last minute. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Really good service, ice cream is always good!
Went to Cold Stone tonight with the family to top off our great day. Our experience was not so great. It was 440pm, the staff denied one of my kids a taste of pistachio ice cream because of covid. I get that, that's fine, the problem I have with this is they harp on covid yet none of them were wearing gloves or masks when preparing the ice cream and they were eating behind the counter. Gross!Later, a young woman came in with her family member, they initially spoke of Harry Potter, but then the convo changed and the employees started throwing out the F bomb and repeated cursing.Unprofessional.Wearing torn up filthy street clothes also.The ice cream was ok, the toppings tasted stale. I believe Armadillos will be our choice moving forward.
It’s not very clean, I found some type of food in my ice cream, the workers didn’t want to help they kept moving and trying to help other customers, finally some guy came and helped us, my sister asked for almonds in her ice cream, they put walnuts which she’s very allergic to luckily there was a cvs across the street to get Benadryl, so if you have allergy’s make sure you have something on hand.
First impression, not very clean. Second, our pints were put in styrofoam cups... which definitely doesn't work for hard ice cream. And third, I ordered a pint of Peanut Butter Cup Perfection and had TWO small chunks of Reeses in the whole pint... basically got a pint of chocolate ice cream. Definitely better ice cream shops in Rapid.
