Drive thru took a was very slow even though no one was in line. I got the new whopper melt ?. The onions looked like they were cooked on a dirty grill, they were black around the edges but the black stuff came off if it was wiped. The bread wasn't toasted so it was soggy from the weird sauce that was on the burger even though I specifically asked for no sauce.
Worst burger king in the state of SD. Don't know why tf it even stays open. Food comes out cold n smashed every time. Employees look dirty and unkept like the last person you'd want to handle ur food.
Went to this Burger King at 705am and im in a box truck. The employees watched me walk up and the door was locked. Says they open at 7am and nothing saying the lobby was closed due to short staffing. Guess I'm just going to head to McDonald's. Thanks burger King
Always good food but only 4 stars because they forgot to give us our nuggets. We were home already when we noticed.Guess we will have to check before we leave since we live out a way.
Awesome place.. helped a homeless gentleman that didn't know how to use gift card....very nice customer service... It was good to see that kind of excellent customer service to pur homeless community... kudos to the staff... what a way to show other business how to dish.out excellent customer service..
Drastically understaffed. We left without some of our food after 30 minutes of waiting. I won’t be coming back because every time you patronize an understaffed business, you are teaching the corporate office that they can underpay and abuse their employees and the customers will just keep forking over their cash.If this Burger King wants to end the 1 star reviews, the place to start would be to pay enough that you can attract and retain employees. Until that happens, you’ll continue to see low ratings because your people can’t keep up with the work load.
The sprite was undrinkable went back and told them they were rude and then gave us the same sprite back . Everything else was good just bad costumer service and pop machine must be broke

Fast. Food was hot. Drive thru was easy. Would recommend for a hot coffee and hot hashbrowns.
