Burger was great, service excellent the only downside was hard to find a table that was clean and when my wife and I tried to get ice we had just enough ice to fill the little portion at the bottom of the cup maybe 20 or less cubes and when it came down to our drinks it was more syrup or not enough syrup because of possibly running out. Everything else was a great time here.
Super disappointed with the attitude of the person in DT. Got there at 659am and the person working waved us away, stating "We are not open!" Of course by this time it is 7am, their stated open time. Customer service really lacks!! He could have opened the window and politely explained why they were not opening on time, I would have been more understanding. THIS is why people don't go to businesses like this. Be good to customers and we understand a delay. Wave me away rudely and we won't come back.
I decided to go back to Burger King on east north cause they messed up my order I ordered two small fries and two original chicken sandwiches asked them to put heavy mayo and they didn’t so i asked to speak to a manager . And she was hearing what I have to say, I didn’t finish talking to her and she hung up on me so I called back and asked her why she hung on me.told her I wasn’t done talking ??? She was laughing with other in the back ground and then told me to pull up to the window .Waiting patiently for my food and two native boys were visiting by the window and 1 of them asked me if I’m Oglala,? I said no and they laughed took awhile to get my food. finally they gave me my order but had a weird feeling they spit on my food and my drinks . Absolutely worst place don’t go here managers and employees are very rude. Go to the west side they’re more professional.
It was fast since it was busy. The workers were nice, but the food that I ordered was cold, you could tell the oil needed to be changed.
They got it right, I love it when that happens.
I haven't had a hamburger for awhile, and I had the Big king and it was delicious ?
Slow service . Maybe short staff but drive through seems to be having a difficult time.
Try to get breakfast at 8am and they say they aren’t open yet. Why does store hours say diffent.. Not the first time either.. Drive thru is usually empty until 10 or 11
They ignore you in 2nd drive thru lane 3 cars went thru thr 1st drive thru lane before they even acknowledged us. You pay for ranch cups even if you order nuggets no ranch cups for free. You get up to window ask the person why no ranch cups with nuggets they said I dunno I don't take orders. Like you still work here you should know. Go down road extra block to McDonald's better service.
Awful it's been 2 years and it's the same long wait disgusting quality and snobby staff I only come here to pick up food for Uber eats and it's always a long wait
