We were in the area and had a recommendation to eat at Armadillos. I'm so glad for the recommendation. We both loved the food and ice cream. We will definitely be back!
We ordered the Magic Brownie Sundae. It was very good! The portion size was large enough to share. The price was reasonable. Friendly staff and being busy we didn't have a long wait to receive our dessert. I would add this to your places to visit while in RC.
Amazing ice cream... They let me mix black cherry and hit fudge in a shake. It tasted like cherry cordials, they should make it a menu item.
Very famous place in Rapid City. We'll known for their ice cream and other ice cream combinations. They have other food besides ice cream like sandwiches, quesadillas, and nachos. Big menu for ice cream, a smaller menu for other food. Their lemonade is fresh squeezed which I count as a bonus. When you go, don't be in a hurry. They make everything from the time you order so it will take longer.
Very friendly service. They handled our large family very well. The ice cream was delicious, and they had so many flavor combinations. There was something for everyone which can be very challenging. We will have to stop by again the next time we come this way. Thanks!
The best sherbet ice cream in town and if you don't get there early it's a long wait but so very much worth it! I started buying their sherbet by the half gallon so I didn't have to stand in line all the time. Pineapple sherbert is one of the best!

I had the brownie delight. Just a heads up that they put peanuts in it although the menu didn't say peanuts. I didn't mind but someone else could be allergic.
