Ordered pickup from Door Dash today and I showed up and they had no idea I had an order. Their tablet wasn't charged and I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes while it charged for them to even start working on my order. They also thought the whole time I was a dasher so they didn't care that I had to wait. Won't be using this location anymore...
I waited more then 30 minutes for fries and cheese sticks for my daughter. Kid working drive through was pleasant but hire some people are train them to move faster.
Went thru the driver through. Line moved at a decent pace and I got my order relatively quick. Good Arbys location ??
We were greeted by Cemmiron and she was professional and friendly. The whole staff was busy but getting the orders out quickly. I want to that them for the great service.
Service was slow. My order wasn't exactly correct, I was told to pull forward and they would bring it out to me. I waited 20 minutes (literally), tried calling & knocking on the door (lobby is closed). Finally got back in line in the drive through. Explained that I was still waiting for my corrected items. The female worker told me I needed to be patient as she was training 4 new employees and that I could wait in line behind the 5 cars in front of me to get up to the window.I feel the 20 minutes I already waited was very patient. I went home and ate my cold partial order. Very disappointing.
Closed an hour before it states on Google maps. Only a matter of time before the Arby's franchise closes doors nationwide. Poorly managed nationwide. The Ceo makes millions while not one franchise can be fully staffed. This location is surrounded by 5 to 6 hotels and still closes whenever they feel they want. Also off a major exit on I90 and had 5 cars turning around due to being closed an hour ahead of time ??Poorly managed by a nation wide ceo making millions while bankrupting a legendary company ??♂️Went across the street to McDonald's as they were open per the hours stated on Google maps
So apparently they close at 8:44 because when we arrived they had two cars in the drive through and they had their monitor recite their closing phrase.
Service was excellent. Eric did great taking the order and preparing the food. As well as making sure we could order when the speaker ,by the menu, stated they were closed early. Thank you Eric for your great service.
While the food is great their soda is horrible. Twice in the last three months we've been there and the soda has been incredibly water down. We won't be going to this Arby's location anymore
Argus on Cheyenne Blvd in Rapid City SD sucks. Takes 45 min in drive thru just to get ur order. Wth.
