I truly feel sorry for the staff in this restaurant! This is the 3rd Summer I've come to have dinner here and the heat feels like it slaps you in the face! Working in a hot kitchen is tough enough even WITH a good HVAC system. I can only imagine what it's like in there currently! Being a server is a tough job which requires you to RUN your tail off! I am literally sad the serving staff has to work in such harsh conditions! This is my 1st stop before I send a letter to the corporate office. It is just inhumane to subject their workers to such a tough work environment, let alone the sanitation issue! Kitchen workers sweat and I can only imagine the amount of sweat droplets being dripped onto the food! Bleeeegh!! It's time for a HVAC overhaul ASAP! Your restaurant is one of the busiest restaurants in this town! DO BETTER! BE BETTER!
We had our server and another delivering food they were kind of rude messed up our orders and tried to deliver other tables food to us more than once. Did not answer questions on minor substitutes. One of the diners with us specifically asked for no cheese on their impossible burger and still got it. There were a few things overcooked (though my steamed broccoli was perfection) quality of food did not match price in my opinion and the bathroom was gross.
Did takeout. Food was ready at the appointed time. Trainee was warm and friendly (good soft skills). Trainer had strong RBF and avoided talking to us. Food was good though, I ordered the southwest chicken bowl which was nice to eat in the car while traveling.
Diner beware. Had dinner last night. Ordered a 12 oz Rib-eye. Recieved a thin tuff steak. Over cooked and not what was ordered. Please understand I have cut and cooked more steak than I remember in 45 years of food service. This piece of meat was maybe at most 6 oz's. I did ask about the weight. I was assured it was a 12 oz. Needless to say, I sent the steak back. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Management did compensate the meal. Thank- you. However, I find it hard to accept that this business is serving a 6 to 7 oz steak as a 12 oz. The cook's there do need additional training in cooking a good steak as requested. Med well is slightly pink. Not dry and brown. Sadly the knife was not helpful in cutting the steak. I was going to not make an issue, until I went to cut the steak. The bacon cheeseburger won the 3 stars.
Placed an order online and was missing half my order, when I called back the Manager said I could drive the 20 minutes back to the restaurant to get the sauce and Cole slaw they forgot, which would mean my food would get colder then it already was when I got home. Highly disappointed in what "used to be” one of my favorite places to eat. Sad part is for being Valentine's day it was actually fairly slow in the restaurant at the time. Will not be recommending to anyone in the future.
I had the prime rib dipper. it tasted okay but the meat was super tough and chewy. Not sure how they prepare their prime rib but it needs work.
Typical Applebee's food quality. Nothing insanely spectacular. The waiter took a while too take our check so we were stuck waiting for a bit.
Nice atmosphere, staff is very friendly. Great place to eat. Oh yeah and good food with a good prive.
Well we placed an order for car side to go online. We weren't able to use the gift card we wanted when checking out so then called in our car side to go order. Confirmed the correct location and were told the food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and park. I see another car get their food so I was thinking, ok they know I'm parked here. I wait 30 minutes and nothing. I go inside and wait another 10 minutes waiting to speak with someone and I explain I had a car side order. They check and I'm told that they don't have an order for me. I was told that they have a call center that takes call in orders now. Obvious that's not working, so disappointed. Didn't have time to wait another hour for our food so had to leave without getting out food. Hopefully they can figure out this call center mess because it makes no sense
Service was fast and courteous and got us right to a table the appetizer menu is awesome there's plenty to choose from off the main menu.. The waitress was nice friendly helpful I recommend this place They also have a awesome bar and some good drinks good environment to take yourself are to take your family...
