Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We got our order taken by an incredibly impatient and disrespectful young man. We were the only people in the drive thru. We sat at the closed window for 5 minutes before having our payment taken. We received our food and unfortunately did not check our bag before leaving. They left out the fries from our order, our pops were only 3/4 full. We paid $17 for horrible service, a burger and a chili cheese dog. Do not suggest going here until they get their act together.Photo for proof of purchase of food.
Great, quick food. Usually doesn't take too long to get your food. I've been told that certain items are made to order so they might take a bit longer. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are pretty good considering the taste and quality of what you're getting. I like the 2 for $6 deal. 2 large sandwiches (certain ones like double cheeseburger) for $6. Sandwiches are big. I can only eat one. Burgers are kinda greasy and remind me of Culver's Burgers ? That could be why they're not as great reheated? A&W is always a top choice when I'm looking for comfort food that tastes great at a affordable price!

I had ordered for 3 people. Myself, and two friends. The man, Michael, behind the counter was courteous, kind, and prompt with assisting me. Michael was the only good thing I had experienced. The food was subpar, as to be expected when the restaurants cook was arguing with the cashier at any moment he got. When I received my order I was missing a burger meal. I waited for around 10 minutes before going up to the counter, because I had thought they needed time for the meal to be prepared, and asked where my food was. When I had asked Michael about it he was yet again very nice and courteous, but the cook had doubted me and did not believe I had not received my order. I understand the frustration of messing an order up as I have been working in the food industry for 6 years, but that does not mean you leave a customer waiting for 20 minutes as they wait for food that they have no idea where it is. The 2 stars in this review go directly to Michael who was the saving grace of my experience, as he did help me get my food and had helped me with the rest of my time there.Thank you Michael. The cheese curds were made fresh and were amazing. We purchased little mugs for the kiddos and the ladies that helped us were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
Hubby wanted a Root beer float and got a Papa burger. I got a Coney dog no cheese with Mayo & onions. Yum!On side note: we don't have one in our town, but heard there is one about 45 min away in Forest City, Ia
My family loves eating here. The food is phenomenal, always is. But they are always out of things. Like ice cream....
We checked the hours and headed over before 9pm last week. Restaurant was closed prior to 8:30. Gas station attendant said she couldn't tell us when they were closing these days.Came back the following week. Food was OK. Staff reasonably in helpful. Law of averages.
Yes! I love A&W root beer and you can't find this place just anywhere! They have the best onion rings. Yum!
I ordered the bacon crunch burger and a side of cheese curds, they bagged 'my' food and stapled it shut. When I got home I opened the bag to be surprised by a kids fry and and a plain cheeseburger. Ruined my night.
