After an afternoon of rockhounding, I was starving. At the last minute, I found this Jamaican restaurant in Rapid City. The goat curry is beyond delicious. The spices are very balanced, the goat succulent, some dumplings were a surprise. Goat curries are my special treat, mostly when I travel in Vietnam. Come and chat with the cook. A delightful women that has the mannerisms of down home family cooking skills. If you have never dipped your tastebuds into a goat curry, and are ever in Rapid City, you really need to belly up to a table and gobble up. ?

Great tasting food, but they need to work a few kinks out. First, have ALL your food ready by 11:30am at the latest for the lunch crowd. Most of us only have 30 or 45 minutes, so we can't wait. Secondly, the portions are big, but it's mostly rice. Keep the portions big, but cut back on the rice and increase the protein. Other than that - great job. Very yummy. Thank you.

I ordered the oxtail, jerk chicken, and brown stew dishes for delivery to our house and I was surprised at the portions. It lasted both of us a whole week! Everything was so delicious! The oxtail is definitely my favorite. PLEASE never change the recipe! Everything was perfect! We'll definitely order here again.

Don’t walk RUN to this place and devour the deliciousness! We were in SD on vacation and I was overjoyed when I saw they had Jamaican food. The Jamaican food truck where I lived shut down a couple years ago. Anyway, this place is legit and delicious! I’m going to tell you what I tell everyone you need to get the ox tail, curry goat and jerked chicken! It’s just beyond delicious and I’m so happy we found it! The owner was also extremely kind and delightful.

I met this most amazing and humble lady at the A&D the restaurant- her name is Ms. Pauline. She was closing and yet willingly served food for me. I was exhausted from all day work, driving and hungry…She gave me all that she had left before closing the restaurant for the day. We struck a conversation and I could see her tender motherly love towards me. She is definitely an amazing woman of God!! I’m thankful for her, she send me back to my hotel with a heart filled to the brim with love and rice and chicken packed to the full capacity that the container could hold. Now about the food….the food is intensely flavorful and the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had in my life….I had jerk chicken, bone in curry chicken, and yellow rice….I will definitely stop by to visit Ms. Pauline just to talk to her and eat good food…what a blessing you are!!! Much love and hugs till we get to meet again.

I ordered the oxtail and the jerk chicken and both were incredibly delicious! Also, when we went to pick up our food, we found out that we never complete our order and even tho they were closing they were super kind and attentive open again to prepare our food. Super recommended !!!

Really delicious home cooking. The brown stew pork is pictured. We also got the brown stew chicken and jerk chicken. Definitely get some hot sauce...it's yummy!

First time here, but will be back for sure!! Authentic home cooked Jamacian dishes and very friendly owner/staff. Curried goat and the Oxtails were amazing!!

Food is always amazing and so flavorful. Never dry meat! My fave is the chicken curry with rice and beans. I also love the jerk chicken and the ox tail is phenomenal as well. They’re always super friendly and kind.

Great customer service, delicious food, oversized portions for a great price, great environment.
