This is for the west Columbia location, but I just gotta say the food was very good, but also just as important the people were friendly. The black gentleman with glasses at the drive-thru door was friendly and made sure I didn’t forget my second drink. And the other female with glasses with a headset on was also friendly. Exceeded expectations in everyway.
The dining room isn't open even for online orders. The drive through is so slow. If you want fast, hot food go anywhere else. This is ridiculous!
As with most restaurants these days the drive thru length and movement are my only draw backs. Food is always good. Tea is fresh and perfectly sweetened. The signature sandwich is great I always get tongue torch and ranch to turn it into a kickin chicken!
I was not pleased this time with my order. The fries were too salty, the boneless chicken was very dry and hard. The one positive thing was the tea was good!
Absolutely terrible service; I ordered curbside pick up. When I got there and called in, I was told I had to wait through drive-through. There were 18 cars in drive-through. They sure took my money, though. I will never go back to this one. If you don't have enough workers, Don't offer the service
Ordered CURBSIDE pickup...... once we got there, was told to go through the drive thru line to tell them at the speaker that I have a CURBSIDE order to pick up. ?We don't frequent Zaxbys often, even though their food is GREAT, their service is severely lacking. **** UPDATE**** 40 minutes past the original online curbside order pick up time and STILL WAITING..... I order 10 piece boneless wing and wanted the new Garlic Blaze sauce and was told that was a weekend thing only, and the executive decide was made to give me the fake BBQ sauce, and to top it off they were given to me very cold. I have return to this location for a year because of bad service and a year later the service has progressively gotten worse. I wish I could really give this place a -10 review for the sorry service they have.
Every time I have come to this restaurant lately I have been disappointed. It doesn’t matter what the schedule on their door says, they close when they want. Just got turned away half an hour before closing with people still in the drive thru. Don’t waste your time trying to get a meal here, they’ll be closed when you get there.
For the third time of coming to this restaurant and it closing Atleast 15 minutes before the time that is posted with an employee turning away customers in the drive through is pure lazy. If the sun has set don’t waste your time here
