Super friendly and good service and got me my fries and frosty pretty dang quick too. You can honestly never go wrong with fries and a frosty from Wendy's. Just like it says in Walker Hayes song "fancy like" she wanna dip me like her fries in her frosty. Such a nice combo. If you haven't tried it, head on over to Wendy's and get you some fries and a frosty. I recommend vanilla:).
I had been good all day, so decided to splurge on a Son of a Baconator, which you know as a meal is almost $9. When l unwrapped this as you see in the picture, although we all know the menu picture is better than what we'll actually get, it SHOULD have at least 2 or 3 FULL pieces of bacon as opposed to one broke in half as l got. When l politely asked if this was the Son of a Baconator (because l had to come back because they forgot my chili and while waiting, l looked through everything else) Manager in grey shirt gets all puffy and says "Yeah. It's got bacon on it, so it's a Son of a Baconator???? Order at your own risk. Sonic not 20 feet away. They ALWAYS alright; drive the few extra feet. I will be for now on?
If I could give this a negative star I would. By all means if you are short staffed I completely understand, but do not ignore us not 1 time but 3 times. Will never eat here again. There was no one else waiting for their order. The drive thru was closed. The least you could do was acknowledge that we were there. Do not waste your time at this non-customer friendly place.
Not good just not good at all. I’m starting to believe that making a burger ha become the most difficult craft a person can do. Oh Wendy’s I would like to thank you for the 18 oz of ketchup on my single burger but when you ask for another honey mustard you are treated as if you just kicked a baby.
It was okay. Definitely slow moving at this location. It took a while to order & a while to get our order. It's located inside of a Pilot gas station (if that has anything to do with it, I don't know). We went inside (thinking it would be a little faster than the drive thru, boy was I wrong). We eventually got our food though. It was okay. My kid loved the nuggets so I guess that counts for something (my youngest is so picky when it comes to food). Face masks recommend (but not required) at this location (from what I could tell). Good luck out there you guys! Stay safe & try to have some fun whenever possible!
Not an actual Wendy's apparently, as they don't recognize the app or it's coupons. And every change in the order resulted in the manager voiding the entire order and reordering it. Which wouldn't have been bad if we didn't have to wait 30 minutes from the first order to actually getting to the window to speak with the manager in the first place... Maybe if you're starving or nothing else is open, otherwise avoid it.
Since it was around 5:30 in the morning I let the fact that the Young Lady at the register forgot to leave her attitude at home. For a Wendy's serving breakfast the Chicken Biscuit wasn't half bad, it was however dry.All in all for a quick breakfast it's okay.
Got the biggie bag. Added lettuce and tomato to the double stack. The leaf of lettuce looked so narrow and the tomato looked like it came from the end of the tomato. The cashier was rude to the guy behind me. He asked for the price of a large fry. She pointed to the menu and said it's up there. He asked again and she said it's right up there. He said he couldn't see it, it's too far away and his eyes are not good. Then she rudely gave him the price. I think if this location wasn't in the truck stop it would not do well.
As most times larger chili with extra cheese and onions with hot sauce and crackers, baked potato with chives with butter and sour cream, salt packs with pepper for potato, extra napkins for any needs haha, medium frosty with spoons for chili and frosty and fork for potato..... Awesome meal for easy eats.
I've been here twice today and the customer service was great. they made sure my meal was the way I requested it to be. day and night shift crew are awesome.. keep up the good work. ?
