The cashier's in drive thru are extremely rude. I understand they may be tired but that isn't my fault. I just wanted to place an order for food. This place sucks.
Visited this location for the first time and was taken back by the rude tone and interaction with Toni. She was not friendly at all. She took my order then I could hear her huff and puff over the speaker as if she was irritated. Get to the window I asked for my total she told me with a rude tone what my total was and just stared at me. Then handed me my food didn't speak just very bland and very rude. I wonder how she made it through the interview if she cannot speak or interact in general. Customer service is imperative in the food industry or any job dealing directly with customers and she looks like she is old enough to know better but at her age it's probably too late. I will no longer return back to this location. I see why they are hiring people they probably quit because of Toni and her attitude nobody wants to deal with that ignorance.
Could of used less mayonnaise and ketchup. Not a fan of it squinting everywhere when you bite into it. Caught a batch of re-frys with the French fries. And some not all of the drive through employees could be a little happier and appreciate the job they have and pass on a "Your welcome " when someone says THANK YOU. Plus if you dine in watch your step. Whatever they mop their floors with is slippery as hell. You will slide to the ordering counter.
I went through the drive thru. As I was at the window the weather was getting bad. The girl at the window told me that if everyone would quit coming that they might be able to go home. It was 7pm. If they resent being there then how will they handle our food. I pulled off and realized she did not give me a receipt so I was unable to "tell them how they are doing". This particular location has been my go to Wendy's but the customer service has been little to be desired the last few times I have been there!
You can still get a baked potato here 5 stars wonderful proximity to midlands tech taco salads are my favorite chocolate frosty is where it's at on a hot summer day before baseball practice.We pray that you'll graduate with some kind of USEFULL degree one day youthful America. Don't get something just to hang on your Wal that you aren't going to use.
Had a drive thru line around the building, but would only take one order at a time & when that customer received their order, they would only then take the next order. I waited 20 minutes just to place my order & after all that, my son's plain cheese burger wasn't plain & none of it was fresh. The buns were so stale that the dog refused to eat it, even with the burger grease.
This is the WORST place right now! I'd give zero stars if I could. Waited for about an hour for 2 door dash orders only for them to tell me they didn't have either one & couldn't make them either! Seriously have not ever had that bad of an experience w/any restaurant except maybe one n all my life.
I placed a mobile order and got to the restaurant and the door was locked after they told me I could pick up inside. Had to wait on a line with about 15 people in front of me. By the time I got to the order Box talk to the cashier and she got an attitude with me because I expressed my disappointment. They had to read make my food because it was supposed to be ready 15 minutes before I got to the window. The sandwich was not even that good either. I even contacted customer service to advise how upset I was about my situation. So just be prepared to wait on a long line if you're going during lunch hours.
Ordered a large double baconator combo. They gave me a small bacon cheese burger with pickles and onion. My fries were a small. The only thing they got correct was the nuggets (but they messed up and gave me an additional 4 from someone else’s order.) and my coke.I paid for a large meal, and an upgraded burger and got ripped off.The cashier handed me my food and drink and looked at me dumbfounded until I had to remind him that he still had my credit card.Then tried to call the store 6 times and not a single one of their employees bothered to pick up. Probably due to the slacking off and playing on their cellphones I saw happening while I was waiting for my food at the window.
Do eat here they are nasty. I ask for Fresh fries they give me old fries. Ask them again for fresh fries they took my fries and dip it back in the oil and the bag was full of oil. I asked for barbecue sauce on burger they had some other sauce on it look so nasty. They also had food all on the floor and they standing around. Good people are hard to find but this people do not need to be serving food
