The service at this Waffle House is pathetic. The waffle making area is nasty with burnt waffles still in waffle makers along with burnt toast left in toasters. One waitress just sitting and eating and not trying to help the new kid with anything. The waffle we received was paper then one way over cooked and the other one under cooked.
Place shows its age - and that's the only negative. As has been usual lately, only 2 employees working. Got a little busy while I was there, but waitress Tee had it all under control. She never rushed anyone and was extremely pleasant - surprisingly so. I really can't say enough about her. I don't go to Waffle House that much anymore, but if I return to this one, it will be because of her. Food was just like it was supposed to be. Thank both of you.
I was not happy with 2 of the waitresses.they were very rude . Dirty table and when asked to clean it was very rude and I wiped it myself. Dirty silverware given to us.never came back to us after are food was served. We had to ask for everything and when we would ask they were very rude about it .syrup practical got thrown at us.manager that was on duty was nice .I'm very disappointed with this waffle house.
Never again, my niece went there tonight and ordered cheese eggs, bacon, grits and raisin toast (2orders) and 2 cheese omelettes. Lesson learned from not checking order. Never again. I will post review all over.
By now, 12 days into this trip, all I’ve got left is a pocket full of dollars and 6 credit cards smoking in my pocket from overuse. I need to catch a break and fast. Hey babe, there’s a Waffle House. You can hear my tires squeal from 3 blocks away as I turn into the parking lot. This place was jumping. There were 3 or 4 delightful ladies yelling out orders and customers clattering everywhere and the smell of coffee filled your nostrils as you came through the door. Our waitress was so sweet, she made our morning. She greeted, took our order, brought our meal, and refilled my coffee cup several times without missing a beat. And the best part about the whole stop, is that I had enough stripper one dollar bills to,pay the bill and tip the waitress. Thank God for the Waffle House.
Great location. Food was great. It was super busy, but every employee worked together. This location and the employees who worked this morning all get 10 stars.
The All American breakfast (available 24 hours) is hard to beat for good value. I get two eggs, 2 pieces of bacon & 2 of toast, hash browns, & a waffle. Right tasty!
Im never going back to a waffle house after my experience on this one ,the lady working there was very rude we have to leave bc the didnt even pay attention to us and the place wasnt even half full dont deserve no even one star
Great food and fast, friendly service
The service sucked. We sat down and tried to order food. Three people asked I it was the same or separate ticket. After we ordered I didn't get my coffee till my food was ready. The grit bowl I had was spot on! The waitress had no clue what was going on. We sat in a booth and it seemed like it was the hangout for all the servers. At any given time we had 6 yes 6 servers just staring at us less than two feet away from where we were eating with no masks on. The server was texting the entire time. It seems like the only person that was actually working was the cook. Until the serving staff gets trained on how to treat customers I won't be back.
