If your a vegetarian do not go to this location. They always get the order wrong the refried beans are always very dry and old. Always employees outside smoking and manager was very rude when the order was wrong like it was the customer fault. The beans in the Mexican pizza was a clump. Please improve your quality of food and service.

We drive 10 minutes past the Taco Bell closest to our house just to get to this one. The customer service is awesome. They don’t treat the customer like an inconvenience when we place a big order. We pull away and double check our order every time (because other locations have us trust issues ?) but the order is right every time. Thank you so much!!!
I came here and was not even able to eat any of what I paid for. I took a bite out of the soft beef taco I had and it tasted like cleaning product. I than took a bite of the chalupa and it tasted the same. I reached out to the manager who stated she could not give me a refund but I could speak to the GM when she returns. She also implied that several customers had been calling complaining about the same thing all day. Long story short never received a refund or return call from GM or corporate after making a complaint. I will not be back.
I ordered my food they forgot my chips n cheese, a Doritos loco taco and some cinnamon twists so I went back in line at the drive thru and told them and the manager asked for the bag of food took it back inside and then came back and said we were lying about the food missing. It’s a sad day in the USA when we down to accusing folks of being taco thief’s. P.S enjoy the free taco chips and twists I paid for! you know who you are
They deserve a negative 5 stars. Nothing was hot, shells so hard that I could have broke a tooth. Attitude was nasty. This Taco Bell won't ever see another penny of my money like the location at the corner of Platt Springs Roas & Emanuel Church Road!!!
My taco had 3 pieces of meat on it no sour cream wow not good
The crunch wrap was burnt! The quesadillas were also burnt smh. Not even completely wrapped and nothing was even inside just look at it. Awfully upset w the service and honestly have no words to explain my disappointment. Literally drove here even tho it was outta the way! TB DO BETTER PLS
Came through at 8:15 tonight, got two chalupa boxes, BOTH boxes were wrong. When i got the boxes i checked and was missing the entire chalupa out of it. I knew i should’ve checked the rest before pulling off. The guy that hands me the chalupa was rude and off putting. Every time i come here it’s always an issue. I will be doing the survey too. Order number - 391243
They put water in the meat to make it stretch and when I got my tocos they where wet told them I wanted my money back they said they don't do refunds had to come back the next day
