On 4/13/2022, at location number 031783, my wife did not receive the proper receipt that lists the survey code, location number, price of transaction, or the cashier's name. Upon realizing that she did not receive the proper receipt after returning home, my wife returned to the location to ask the cashier through the intercom for the location's number. The female cashier bluntly and rudely stated to my wife through the intercom, "It's around here somewhere, but I don't have time for that!" My wife replied that she simply needed a proper receipt for our financial records, as well as to fill out the survey listed on the proper receipt. There was complete silence from the cashier over the intercom. At this point my wife was confused and offended as to the cashier's attitude. She then proceeded to the drive though window, in hopes of speaking to the cashier in person. The cashier never made herself available to the window, as my wife sat there waiting for several moments. Seeing that cars were quickly lining up behind her in the drive though lane, my wife was left in tears and left. We were loyal Taco Bell customers, but never before have been treated in such a demeaning way.
Please close this store. A bunch of teenagers working. The manager on duty has a horrible attitude and argued with me about my order. $19.52 for (5) tacos and a drink.First a lady in front of me order wasn't ready, she sat there while they redone her order... for 30 minutes. Then gave me the wrinkled bag they had given her... my food was cold ... sloppy.... I'm calling the corporate office....
Super Slow location
I ordered a refried bean chalupa and this is what I get and it’s not suppose to look like that and I was missing 3 chalupa. The employer got mad at me too for no reason he had an attitude.
Slow service, and only kiosk ordering. The staff doesn't know the menu and can not alter your order if the kiosk makes an error. They also can not read your order so you have to ask for your drink. Took too long to make the food and it wasn't fully warm when I got it.....
Third trip in a row my order was messed up at the store called and they always apologize, they always offered redo it, they never offered to get it right the first time. This was supposed To be a taco supreme. No cheese, No sour cream, no tomatoes, same exact mistake I’ve had the last two times I went before this. My challenge is they apologize but they never seem to care whether it’s right or not. Used to be my favorite store because it was close by and I enjoy Taco Bell Taco Bell completely because of them.
I hate the changes in the menu. This is first time I went to taco bell and couldn't find one single item that enticed my appetite. I bought the kids their soft tacos and headed on my way.Oh yeah, the kids were happy with their tacos...hence the 4 star rating.
I visit this taco bell nearly every Thursday for lunch with friends. They are one of the few fast food locations that remained strong and consistent through the last couple year's troubles.
Absolutely terrible! I stopped on way to doctor as I was feeling terrible.. hadn't had any appetite in a few days so I decided I could eat a few soft tacos. Ordered the 3 soft taco supreme meal. Paid just over $8. It took forever to have food handed out, so when it was finally handed to me I took it and drove off... With someone else's order. A crunchy taco and a burrito of some kind.. not what I wanted.. my stomach turned and I had to throw it away. Also, they never even gave me a receipt for my order or I would have called in a complaint with my ticket# .. quite disappointed to say the least .
I've gotten items here that were made with the wrong ingredients so this particular trip I checked before I left the parking lot. In this order I got a beefy melt burrito with light sour cream and light nacho cheese however whenever I bit into the burrito it had Chipotle sauce on it which does not come on this particular burrito. I went back through drive-thru to explain what had happened and the lady speaking was polite however someone came on the intercom and rudely said "Just come thru, just come thru!! We will remake it." Her tone was absolutely what caused this interaction to be so bad. I would have been happy with the item being remade and that would have been the end of it however, once I opened the item to check again to make sure it was made properly this was what I received: (pictures included) Do better. It isn't hard to say. My bad / I'm sorry that happened. Here is the honest review as a result.
