I ordered ahead online. The order was ready for pickup through drive-thru. The order was accurate and fresh. The presentation wasn't sloppy. Customer service was actually good, which is hit and miss at this location. Here's a tip for if you go to eat there at night, get there well before 10 p.m. because they start cleaning before that time and may not be serving food at that time. I've witnessed some altercations between potential customers and the staff that closes, and it's gotten pretty heated at times. Just be aware of that.
Needs to make sure there's more sugar in the tea not barley enough to keep it from being unsweetened. In the south the tra is SWEET and chicken is fried!!! Also when I worked for Subway I was taught that there is 3 pepperoni, 3 salami and 3 ham not 3, 3, 2 and the meat goes on the bottom of the bread not the top and the sub is not squashed when wrapped. Would give 0 stars for this visit if I could

This is THE BEST SUBWAY! I’ve lived in the area for a long time and it wasn’t always so but ever since it was bought my new owners a couple years ago the product, the service, and the experience are so much better. We actually moved to another area recently but if I happen to be in West Columbia I make my way to this subway!
Just got a footlong steak and cheese with chips and large drink and was very disappointed with how stingy they were with the toppings. This is the thinnest, sorriest sandwich I've ever had. My Dr. Pepper tastes very weak, it is abundantly clear that they turned down the syrup in the drink machine. I guess this is what the sign on the door meant by "Refresh: We are making big changes". $13 for all this tells me I won't be coming back. I'll just have to go to Jimmy John's from now on where I can get a real sub for the same price if not cheaper.
Don't bother with online ordering. You will get a blank stare and " We no get no online order?"""" Never mind the confirmed email in your hand. The pretentious button pushing as if looking for order was an added bonus.Nearby Food Lion has lunch prepared BTW, ordered at 10am for 11am pickup,5pm I get email from subway "Your order is almost ready to be picked up" .
My wife and I did ordered from this location on Monday, Oct 11th. We have determined we’ve gotten FOOD POISONING from the food we ordered. More specifically, the black olives. Prior to eating, we both felt fine. Beginning Monday evening into Tuesday morning, my wife and I became inflicted with gastrointestinal issues where we spent most of our time in the bathroom. After doing some comparisons, we have come to the conclusion that it was the black olives we had on our sandwich & wrap that caused us to become ill. I will not be returning to this Subway and I intend to inform the health department.

Every once in awhile I will stop by and i never had any problems. I recently just left there and the customer service SUCKS ! I don’t know if the young lady was stressed out because she’s training the new employees or what but don’t take your frustration out on your customer! My chicken on my sandwich was very cold and disgusting! Never again
