This place is great, but. My only concern was the new guy they hired. He seems to have a poor attitude with his job, he wanted to go from moping the floor and cleaning straight to preparing subs. Good thing the manager was there and told him he always needs to wash his hands before preparing subs. As a consumer I appreciate the manager for his awesome ethic but as a return customer (literally eat there twice a week, I would let the new hire go as that could ruin his place of business).
I love this restaurant so much. This place gives the best subway because it is made from love. Honestly, whenever I feel the need that I want to eat something from outside I always come here. The employees are so nice and kind especially Raj and Parul. Their restaurant is very clean from the inside and out. An amazing place.
I ordered 2 subs, a meatball and sweet chicken teriyaki. They hardly put any marinara sauce on it. They hardly put any chicken on the other one as well and 3 banana peppers. To top this off, there was a younger couple in there with a baby and the staff kept eyeballing them out like they were trying to steal something. The young lady asked for a napkin and tried to reach over the counter to grab it and he said no no and gave them one napkin. The staff seemed to be of indian decent but not sure. Maybe a cultural difference? idk. But I won't go back to this location.
This is their idea of what a footlong steak and cheese should look like in the middle.? I see illusions of steak....and they're rude to boot. Last time here?
I ordered 2 subway club flatbreads, toasted, with shredded mozzarella, lettuce, and spinach. that’s all. I placed the order ten minutes prior to arriving to pick up my sandwiches. when i got to the store, it was empty and i was able to see the employee making my sandwiches. i watched him put provolone on the sandwich, skip toasting it, and he put barely a shred of lettuce. this is the second time in a row this location has messed up my order, and it really ruined my autistic daughter’s day. those differences matter, and the notes section is there for a reason, so why don’t they read them? overall this is the worst experience i have ever had before at a subway, and i even used to work at one myself as a teenager. this is completely unacceptable and this location is setting the bar very low for your brand and franchise. not to mention i was the only one in the store and the only worker still did not even speak a word to me. needless to say, i will not be returning to this location, and this is completely unacceptable. from experience as a sandwich artist, it isn’t that hard to make a sandwich with written instructions, so i simply don’t understand what went wrong here. I’d really like a refund for the inconvenience this caused me, being that both of the items on my order were made incorrectly in multiple ways. thank you.
Sandwich was great but I got a large tea that was sour.yuk
Horrible! I paid $8 for this wrap. Where is the meat????
I like SUBWAY, make it the way you like it
Disappointing (which is the politest way I could word this) to say the least. My first experience I tried to tip the girl that made my sandwich. The owner then tried to take the tip from the girl and say that they were splitting it. I'm service industry and that's not how tips work. I then said I wouldn't be back. Fast forward to now, my usual subway was closed so I decided to try it again. Honestly I had hoped it was under new management. Sadly, it was not. Obiviously I left no tip because the same owner was there and I knew what was going to happen with that. The owner made my sandwich this time and it was basically just bread. The meat just barely covered the bread. The guys super cheap and rude. You'd think since he took the tips too, it wouldn't matter. Just trust me and go to a different subway.
I l live right by this subway. Guy who i think owns it is very rude. Ive been telling myself to go to another. I just didn't want to drive further. Well I just left there. Hes again very rude like always. I told him I wanted pepperjack cheese. He tells me it is. I tell him no its not its Swiss. He continues to argue with meGuess what it was Swiss cheese like I said it was. Ill never go back again there. Go to another subway pls. He doesn't deserve the business
