Clean and friendly environment. Great service. Staff was helpful with my indecisions. Great place to drive through and grab a quick pick me up, or to stay and get some work done in a quiet and comfortable environment. Best Starbucks in the area conveniently located near hwy 26 or 20.Starbucks of choice in the Columbia Midlands area!
Typical Starbucks. Mobile order (Mmmm egg bites!!) was ready and waiting for me.But for the love of god, WHY are people so lazy??? Like 8 cars in the drive-thru just to get to the order point and literally no one inside. And I get it kids, pets, etc. in the car don’t want to leave/haul them inside, but most looked solo drivers. I can’t count the number of times I’ve ordered inside and had my order before the last car even got to the speaker.
Letting my sons talk me into spending $20 for 3 coffee drinks must mean I've lost my mind. They were excellent though. ?
Starbucks will always be delicious in my opinion! It's the (almost) daily treat I look forward to every time! If they ever get your order wrong they are quick to make things right! Try the Vanilla Bean Cream Frappuccino with 2 Affogato shots with caramel drizzle, you won't regret it!
I just started going to Starbucks like a month ago and now I'm in love with the food and drinks. The employees that work at the west columbia starbucks are the nicest and sweetest. They made my ordering enjoyable I didnt know what I wanted but they helped me out and I appreciate it .
I am a fan of Starbucks. The staff was nice but hardly had any flavor. I'll stick to the Starbucks that I go to which is always good
The inside of the store was closed so I couldn’t go in and get my mobile order and did not have time to go through the drive through ( hence why I used mobile order….)The manager I’m assuming was so rude I’m explaining this and yelling at me from inside the restaurant so I couldn’t even understand what he was saying. It was extremely off putting. I now can’t even cancel my mobile order because If I had time to sit in the long drive through line I would’ve just done that. $10 down the drainI understand things can get stressful in the mornings I’m sure but any sort of interaction I’ve had with him has been extremely unpleasant. Every other employee is fantastic so maybe this store needs a new manager, one that can handle stress properly
Poor customer service!!! I will drive right past this location in the future. This post has nothing to do with a shortage of help or wait time. I never mind waiting especially when a place is busy but I do have an issue with poor customer service. It's a shame because most of my experiences at Starbucks have been great.Management needs to do a better job at this location!
Line moved quickly and very friendly. Asked for pumpkin foam on top but it was water looking. Went inside and the lady said the machine messed up but still sent it out the window but another worker told her to remake the foam and it was much better.
