Any other day is a great day when I come here but just not today lol. I guess they were extremely busy since it’s lunch time I get it. But the customer service was horrible. I was told to leave by a person with green hair after I was disrespected by a customer service rep. Or barista whatever. My order was wrong by my error. I’m lactose intolerant and received whole milk in my drink. This was a simple fix but the barista told me to read my ticket. I read it and reordered the correct item. An older woman who is the actual manager handled this. I miss the days when the youth cared about having their summer jobs and had at least a little kindness. Madison needs a job elsewhere away from the public. The green haired person too. Kuddos to the manager for her kindness and keeping the children in their places☺️
Awsome service, unlike the rumors about Starbucks they have never made me say the size if I don't remember the name they have it listed under. Give me the biggest size works just fine. And they managed to make me a lower sugar version of the Iced Vanilla Latte by reducing the syrup to 2 pumps. Yes they have sugar-free vanilla syrup, but my system can't handle Sugar-Free syrups. Coffee is very good, service has been good and usually friendly.
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every single time I come to this location, there’s an extremely long wait, doesn’t matter if there’s 8 cars infront of you or 2. I had a mobile order and I decided to come inside of the store because the drive thru line was massive. My drinks were ready on time, but after waiting 30 minutes after my estimated pickup time for my egg bites I decided to leave. You guys should let customers come to the back and make our own food since the employees cannot do it! This was handled accordingly after filing a complaint, however that didn’t make up for the horrible experience I had.
I don't think I will go to this one anymore...girl at drive up window with male cashier talking and wasn't sure if she was coming in are leaving but she was vaping or smoking ? not professional ? and I'm waiting on my food looking the guy closed the window said something they laughed and he proceeded to get on his cell phone, then another girl brings my order and cup of ice only to get to work and put water in it and the cup is cut on side.That was my stop 4 times are more weekly while coming to work but no more..they lost a good paying customer for the bad service.i will frequent other locations but no time soon
Please give carol and Madison a raise! Whatever needs to happen so they make over 100k a year unlimited paid vacations I don't care. They are the best. I go to ask Starbucks from West Columbia SC to Syracuse NY and they are the best baristas a girl could ask for!!! They make my mornings♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Edit: recently there's been a 30 minute wait EVERYTIME for my mobile order, regardless of time of day or amount of people.Very friendly staff, super fast.
I ordered food on the mobile app. It said that my food would be ready at 12:37. I arrived at 12:39 and was told that they were still working on it. Then the girl who told me they were still working on it walked to the on the go cooler section and grabbed the premade sandwiches and proceeded to heat them up. After warming the not freshly made food she handed them to me. I opened my sandwich and it had 5 tiny pieces of chicken and a glob of cheese in one spot on one half of the sandwich. I am VERY upset that this is the kind of sandwich I get after paying $7 plus for it! Completely disgusted with this service!!

I have never set in a drive-thru longer in my life. I have now been sitting here for 30 minute and only had 6-7 vehicles in front of me. Every transaction at the window is taking 4 minutes or more. I still have 2 vehicles in front of me right now. I've watched orders passed to customers and then back through the window as well. What the heck is going on Starbucks???
Nice young lady at drive thru... ran out of Chai latte though. Green tea lemonade would do. Tasted great!
