Went threw drive thru today about 3 pm and ordered a Oreo blast ! It was a hott mess to say the least about it ? She handed to me then I saw it was running all down the side I said it needed to be wiped off it was a 5.89 she then gets another young man to give it back to me and it was worse didn't offer no napkins or nothing. Will not go back there . Very unprofessional .
The staff is very friendly and the shakes are great and the hotdogs are pretty good too
We made one order for three people. I asked for each meal to be put in separate bags. I was told that in there training they learned that they couldn't separate orders. I question why and I was given bags to separate my orders. Poor customer service. I will not go back.
I've always loved sonic. Somedays service is great but others, well, I'll just say some of their younger employees have other things on their mind besides their customers.
two nights ago I went to this location and the guy who took my order was the first polite cashier I've experienced in far food in a extremely long time patient kind very nice... finally!!
Order was wrong but service was great. Expensive & mistake of fries instead of tots. Genuine Effort of servers makes up for error.
They are fast and very friendly with excellent service. So y'all stop on in at your nearest Sonic and enjoy the experience that I had.
This is one of the best sonic's I've been too. I have never seen a sonic with a inside lobby. For a second I thought I was in a actual restaurant they brought us our food the cashier was amazing he kept checking on us while we where eating. I wish I knew his name he needs a raise.
