I think the chef didn’t pay attention to the orders put in by the servers. I don’t care for salt and pepper. We asked for no seasoning, it was overly seasoned as if done spitefully. The dipping sauce for the breadstick was perfect. Plain. It was the same type of sauce for the meal. They could have used that instead. Service was otherwise good. Servers were attentive.

Why is curbside even an option for this location? When you arrive the sign says to call, I called twice to get no answer. Went inside to pick up order, not even acknowledged for 10 mins. When I was finally acknowledged, was asked order name and then nothing for another 10 mins. Store is not busy, 2-3 tables and 4 people at the bar. Unacceptable.

I have, in the past, enjoyed many good meals at Ruby Tuesday's in West Columbia. That was not my experience today. We waited at the entrance desk about 8 minutes before even being greeted. Finally someone at the bar said seat yourself. We waited another 15 minutes for a server to come to the table for our drink order. She informed us that she was the only server. It was another 10 minutes to get the drinks. There were only 4 other seated tables. She kept waiting on them but fi ally managed to take our order. The food took forever to come to the table. The food was skimpy and scant. I had ordered the steak tacos. There were 4 tiny cubes of meat on each of the tacos. The lettuce was brown and almost unrecognizable. The salad bar was empty and was never resupplied the entire time we were there. We decided to try a dessert. My sister ordered chocolate chip skillet with ice cream. It came out with about a tablespoon of melted ice cream. My dessert wasn't any better. We tried to be patient with the server. She was very exhausted and weary. The food was inexcusable.I do not regret to say that I do not plan to ever return.

I got a to go plate. U have to order thru bartender. I ordered ribs and shrimp with tator tots. He asked me what kinda sauce spicy sweet or regular. I said regular. And i order a piece of strawberry cheese cake. It took 40 minutes to get it. Bartender didmt bring it. Had it tied up in a bag. Got ir home cheese cake. No strawberry 7.00 dollars i paid. Ribs full of black pepper. I remember no y i stopped going here 3 times and im out.

Terrible experience all the way around. They were not that busy and we were seated right away. It took awhile for someone to come take out drink order and when she did, she was not friendly at all, and over the course of the time we were there it did not get any better! The good news is that she treated everyone the same, so I least I know she just doesn’t like her job and wasn’t just us! Someone different brings out the drinks and she had wrong drinks. (not a big deal but just to give you a picture of the experience) we finally get to order, but the food takes a while to come out. When it does come out it’s not good. One of us ordered cheese fries and I’m not sure what kind of cheese was on then but it was not ok. The chicken tenders were way over cooked, like maybe they needed to change the grease. No one finished there food. We sat and waited and waited for her to bring the check and when she did she shoves this machine in my face and just holds it there for me to pay. Which I think is a terrible way of doing that. She never offered me a receipt or asked how the food was. Probably bc all the food was still on the table. The kids kept telling me to ask for the manager. I don’t really do things like that, and the way I see it, if a place is ran this poorly from start to finish there is probably a management problem as well. I paid almost 100 bucks for this experience and I can’t say without a shadow of a doubt it will be my last.

The steak fajitas are not sliced like the picture, they are served as diced, cube pieces of steak. Spoke to the manager on duty and was told they dice the meat and it’s still steak so not understanding the issue. Also, they do not come with peppers and onions as pictured. Was told order could be remade but still would not look like the picture on the menu (also at the top of their Facebook page) because they dice the meat in cubes. I requested a refund.

slow service. cold food. missing items in food orders. can't make cocktails correct. unattentive servers. the list goes on and on

Usually I love going here. Decent salad bar. So my wife and I went for lunch last week. We both got the salad bar. And we ordered the BBQ nachos. About 1/4 the way through the nachos I bit down and was stabbed by something. I pulled it out of the roof of my mouth and it was a sliver of metal. Apparently from the canned beans from what I was told. I notified the server and she notified the manager. They took care of our bill but to me that wasn't what I wanted. I was appreciative, but I just want the people in the kitchen to pay a little better attention to the food they are serving. Thank God that happened to me and not a little kid. That would have been horrible.

Waste of money.Food was OK, but service is absolutely dead slow.Got charged $70 for two plates of food that came 45 minutes apart. They gave us a kids menu with no crayons, and we asked twice to different people only to have the person disappear and never come back. Charge you five dollars for a drink, but no one ever comes around to do a refill. Table was sticky and hadn’t been cleaned, I literally had to use the menu to scrape old food crumbs off.Employees were nice, but if you’re that understaffed you really shouldn’t be open. Like you seriously have the audacity to charge me $70 for a terrible dining experience with food I could make it home for less than half the price and probably faster, then finish it up with having to practically fight just to get my check paid? Are you serious? And on top of that machine tried to force me to give a 20% tip. I’m not crazy with my expectations, and I’m not against tipping. I usually tip pretty well. But I’m definitely annoyed to have it default to a 20% when I saw my server once throughout the entire meal and couldn’t get my food or my drink refilled. Not coming back here again. I suggest you don’t either. Even by Covid standards that sucked.I did tip my server, and I definitely suggest you do so if you go. This is absolutely a management issue, and the server was nice. You just can’t have one person running the whole damn place.

We went for lunch today and Austin was our server. He was great. Friendly and very attentive. Food was great too. 10x better than the other Ruby Tuesday’s around town.
