Pamela and Jackie were supposed to close at 8pm tonight. Our flight from St. Thomas to Atlanta got redirected to Columbia, and they gladly stayed open until past 11pm. They didn’t even know beforehand that they were had to stay overtime, and without them we would have likely ended up without food from 7:45pm-12:10am. We are so very thankful for their extra efforts, and we hope the tips and overtime pay (hopefully) made it worth their time! Highly suggest getting your food and drinks here, great people!
Service is so slow.... It is glacial.
I couldn't rate a 0. Waiter walked around and just looked at me. Everyone around me seemed to be served. Didn't know what I had to do to be served. Waited 20 minutes and left.
Above and beyond!! After a hellish flight that eventually dumped us in the middle of nowhere with no idea what to do there was Riverbanks Bar and Grill in the Airport. All the passengers were thirsty hungry and weary. Just about closed for the Night the Manager Jackie opened back up for us providing cold beverages and some snacks, bring just a little bit of joy to an otherwise horrible day! Korey and the rest of the staff were friendly and never once made it feel like we were a bother!! Kuddos and thank you from all the passengers on the AA686!! All appreciation!!!
Slow and confusing service. I was jumped in line…maybe?? But I don’t sweat it. It was a very uppity flight attendant that was hellbent on being served first. I get it, he serves others all day. And the server behind the bar was sllllllooowwwww. But when I got up to her we chatted. She had a long day. And when I told her how long mine had been and how long it’s gonna be, she was very sweet and made me smile. She laughed and it was wonderful exchange at the airport.
The only hot made to order food available inside CAE, it never disappoints. The seafood platter ?

This is literally the worst restaurant I have ever been to. For 30 minutes we waited for the person in the back to come out but they were watching videos on their phone and wouldn’t come out to take orders.

I was amazed at how much food I got with their Seafood platter. It's not restaurant-fresh food but it was still very good, especially for the price. Julia was very friendly and helpful and provided a smile behind her mask!
