Chicken was absolutely rancid. Just the smell of it would turn your stomach. Dining area is not open so I waited in the drive thru line for approximately 30 minutes for this. Definitely would not reccomend
I don't even really want to talk about this right now. ?....the only thing I'm going to say until I calm down and revise this review is that I appreciate their honesty and I appreciate the manager dealing with my ugly Karen as well as he did... because they could have lied and took my money. Make sure y'all get a receipt y'all GET THE RECIEPT and the young lady that said she been working so busy by herself... she needs a raise in money AND position.This is not a good location between 2p-6p because of traffic, the entire lot design is a disaster and I won't be going back because I've never in my life spent more than 15 mins waiting at a drive through for my food and left hungry with half a refund. A total of 2 1/2 hrs of my day lost and a NOPE nah uh my stress level don't deserve this.....bye

Our blackened tenders were not coated in blackened seasoning, instead they dusted them with their seasoned breading mix (which contains flour) and defeated the purpose of getting blackened tenders. Giving 4 stars bc they at least addressed the issue appropriately when I submitted feedback.
I'll get straight to it.... Popcorn shrimp were edible. Dried out pieces of dough, substituted for popcorn shrimp? Portion was small, not 1/4th lb.Cold Cajun fries. 1 ketchup packet. Horrible experience when placing order. Not a happy customer! Last pic is how it's supposed to look.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Trying to order, you will get yelled at and cut off by the order taker. Attempting to order chicken nuggets, I said exactly “I’d like an 8 piece ch-“ and was cut off in the middle of my sentence by the order taker, he said “K ANYTHING ELSE”. I refuse to give my money to somebody who treats me like a burden. No problem, I’ll leave and won’t come back, thanks for giving me a reason not to.
Went to Popeyes, waited in line for over 30 minutes for my 2 can dine coupon not to be honored because I didn’t say upon placing order. When I got to the window I was rudely told that it couldn’t be honored before I even paid. I started to just say nevermind which would make my long wait in vain, the coupon expired 2 times before I got to the window, how is a customer suppose to know this is the procedure which the manager Larry acknowledged their aren’t any direction. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location and I think I will skip it altogether going forward in the future.
Visited popeyes and this supercilious irrational fast food manager called me a provocative word , because he assumed that i skipped in line for doordash , he proceeded to yell at me through the window and insisted i get back of the line because my order was not ready. Will NEVER accept an order from this establishment again.
I went the other day, super quick. First time I had biscuit from Popeyes that was not dry. Food was fresh
This is the worst restaurant. Has been understaffed for a year now. If you have an hour to waste for subpar food, this is the place for you. They can care less about their customers. Opens whenever they want so disregard the 11 opening time
