My wings barely had any sauce on them and they were dry and hard. You could tell they were not fresh. I took a picture in hopes that I could upload it. If I wanted half sauced wings I would have requested that but when I ordered Buffalo and bbq wings I wanted the sauce to cover all of my wings.
Delivering OPENED SEALED PIZZA!!!!Correct address was given and Charles (driver) delivered the pizza to my neighbors. My neighbor brought the pizza to my house and the seal was opened. We called Pizza Hut and they told us they would need so a refund and would not replace and re delivery order. We explain we just wanted a fresh sealed pizza. Person over phone stated that manger (crystal) confirmed they would not be resending order or refunding order. Explained we would go to store. After arriving manger Crystal states that Charles told her the seal was already opened before he dropped it off. Who want to eat a pizza that seal has been opened. So disappointed in all the effort we had to go through to resolve a error made my Pizza Hut. Will be taking our business else where.
My order was not correct missing toppings. Also I have rewarded points that expired and I got no email letting me know that they were going to be expiring. I switched to papajohns because of issues in the past just sad that the quality of food is good but yall service is subpar
I ordered a pizza and it was delivered to the wrong house and my neighbor brought it over to me. I saw the seal on pizza box was broken so I called the store back and told them I needed another pizza delivered because it was delivered to the wrong house and the seal was broken. I was told no and that I could get a store credit. So at this point I’m confused on how I can’t get a refund or just another pizza delivered to my address that Was entered correctly. So a credit isn’t the same thing if I re-order the same thing??
The food quality was poor and inedible for the most part. The order was thrown away and not eaten.
Food was hot and delicious! Ordering was easy and a flawless pick up at the window!
My pizza looked and tasted like it was cooked, sat and reheated. The breadstocks were burnt.
Deliver my food on time.... Delivery driver drove past my house 2x with me flashing my porch light the whole time. I placed my order earlier in the afternoon to be delivered at 6pm. It arrived 30 minutes late.
Been here a few times feel like the pizza could be cooked a tad bit longer but they are always consistent and the order is always right so I'm not complaining
