This place would have gotten 5 stars if they actually offered a dine in experience. They made us order our food at the counter and as a "to go" order. They then said we could sit and eat and they would bring the food to us. No actual server or dine in plates/pitchers/cups. Food was good, hot and exactly as we ordered, but was in to go boxes. Dining area was clean and restaraunt overall was nicely maintained. But it was not the dine in experience we were hoping for.How I miss the old days of buffets, but they're long gone.
Had ordered the same pizza from a different pizza delivery franchise, and was so disappointed. My coworker said to order online and it will be so worth it.....so I did. Hot fresh, loaded w sausage, even tho I DUD NOT ORDER EXTRA....all the topping were plentiful, hot, fresh....yum! The thin and crispy crust was so good....that other franchise had excuses, Pizza Hut delivered!!

Ordered a pizza box. One pepperoni and the other supreme. I received the supreme but got a mushroom instead of pepperoni. Pizza was cold, doughy, it the middle. Breadsticks and wings were cold. Never again at this location.
I had not been to a Pizza Hut in a long time. This place was great! I will be back for more! Staff was friendly and service was fast. We dined in and had a great time!
I was valued as customer. The agent help me use my reward points as it was first time using app. And allow me select option I wanted to make me feel valued as customer. All I can really say is, Thank You from a long term experience customer. Thank you
The delivery was fantastic but the pizza was awful. It was very greasy and not like usual. It was awful to cost 30 bucks for a 12.99 pizza and 4.99 breadsticks.

I ordered my pizza OVER 2 hours ago and still no pizza. You can’t reach them to say anything. Should have ordered from Marco or Dominos!
Visited this place twice while my mom was in the hospital. Both times the girl who took my order was extremely kind and helpful. My 1st visit, theywere out of mushrooms but both times my pizza was piping hot and fresh. I actually had flashbacks about how good the pizza was so which means it was beyond delish. Anytime I'm near Lexington, this will be my go to Pizza Hut for sure.
