This location is a terrible place to choose for delivery as it takes nearly an hour and forty-five minutes to get the pizza delivered. And by the time it gets to you, it needs to be placed in the oven again to warm it up again. And it was only 2 medium pizzas and the cheese bread. It wasn't a complicated order and for the money. Marco's is cheaper, better, and faster.
Ordered pizza last week, said it would take 30 minute for delivery, after waiting patiently for 2 hours I called to be told they delivered it to the wrong house then I was told they couldn’t find my house, staff was very rude about the whole situation. Decided to give them another try tonight, delivery time was an hour, when it hit 1.5 hour I called to be told they couldn’t find my house then they said they came by and no one was here, we were literally sitting on the porch waiting on them, with all the light on and our mailbox has our house number on it twice. Over the last year we’ve had them deliver pizza a dozen times and more than half our order has been missing item, they have the worst customer service. I will never order pizza from them again. I was told tonight they only have a few drivers, if that’s the case don’t take more orders than you can handle. I understand being short staffed staffed but this is just insane.
Ordered from here a few times. They keep missing on the details. Requested cheese sauce, got pizza sauce. The food is tasty just wished they paid more attention.
Worse service from the manager. Horrible pizza, it was the heart pizza. Very thin and the wings were not fully cooked. Definitely 1 star.
Ordered online and tracking my order was accurate. The order was exactly what we asked for. We purchased the XL NY Style Pepperoni, XL NY Style Cheese, and XL NY Style half beef and black olives and cheese, and it was fresh and delicious. We've been coming to this location for years (almost 15 years) and have never had a bad experience. Loooove Papa Johns.
We used to enjoy Papa John's Pizza. Over the past several months, it has steadily gotten worse. The last visit, they made the order incorrectly.
They one stat only because a zero star was not available!!! My order of over $70 was incorrect, missing items and when trying to call and correct the order was met with extreme difficulty.
The lady working tonight that was at the window should have her own store!!! Her attitude was amazing she was so kind and professional and y'all definitely need more employees like her!! The pizza is always awesome from here! Yummy yum ?

Toppings were skimpy and dough tasted not quite done . The wings were great though
