This is the only restaurant near us that offer traditional gyros. We ordered the grilled shrimp poor boy sandwich with fries, gyro, onion rings, and some teriyaki wings. The onion rings were okay; however, everything else did not meet our expectations. The wings were overcooked and dry. The staff was amicable and helpful. Unfortunately, the staff's friendliness was not enough; we will not revisit this location.
The food is awful, the service is awful, the management and the owner are awful. If you have a problem with your experience, plan to be yelled at by the female manager, and then yelled at and hung up on by the owner, with NO offer to fix what was wrong. Do yourself a favor and go a few more miles down the road towards I20 and enjoy any of the other restaurants in the Oak Grove area. You will pay less and get better food! Nick's should be ashamed of not only the food they're putting out, but the way they treat their paying customers. I would starve before I ate here again.
Fries were cold and my Philly cheese steak came with lettuce and tomatoes, which I didn't know would be on there. The garlic parm wings were gross, but I also had the mango habanero wings which were awesome. The food is made to order and you'll have to wait awhile, but it's usually hot and fresh. I enjoy eating here and will definitely return. Just wish the inside was open.
Never disappointed! Their food is always amazing and the service is excellent!! They really take care of their customers! We always get the same thing and I messed up the hubby's order and the lad we see all the time noticed and fixed it for me! We took our pup with us once and he came out to see him and conversed Abita and this last time we took our eldest son visiting from the navy. He was busy but still came out when we were about to leave and wished him safety on his leave!
Food was delivered to Uber eats. Driver was changed it took way longer than expected to receive food. When it got to us it was cold and overcooked
Sorry, I can't give you a 5 star rating but you got rid of the great shoestring onion rings that Fat Boy had at this location. But the Gyros are as good. Nice staff.
Tried it for the 1st time and was not disappointed. I got the gyro salad and they loaded it up!
This is the place for late night snacks around the oak grove area, always open super late for you drunk people trying to get home. Definitely check them out. Chicken, shrimp, wings. They almost got it all

I went to this so called establishment on January 1, 2022 around 10:30 pm to pick up a delivery for a customer. The supervisor or so called manager in charge that night was a straight jerk. My customer ordered a pink lemonade. I asked the supervisor if they had any pink lemonade because regular lemonade was coming out of the machine. He told me to just give them lemonade the customer will be alright. I told him I have to ask the customer if they would like another drink. The supervisor told me that we are closing and rushed me out of the so called establishment. Don't be mislead by other peoples reviews. Reviews don't always tell you everything until you face the disrespect I did.
