Went here recently with my sisters and had a bad experience. The teenagers/young people on staff were talking amongst themselves about unrelated things, and overall had a bad attitude. The young lady who prepared my nachos plopped the ingredients I asked for in the middle instead of spreading them evenly. She had a blank face and spoke in a low monotone voice. There was a tall young man with longish brown hair standing at the back who barely did anything while the girls were talking to him. I asked for my queso on the side and the container was not filled up all the way, but I worried about asking for more in case I got charged extra. Overall a mediocre experience. The food was tasty but the service we received was lackluster.

Staff was not kind at all, one young lady was. But I did have to realize it was $5.99 Burrito day and it was late. So they may have been worn out. But also I could not use my bday reward and my deal! So lost out on deal!

Good fresh and tasted great. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not busy. They fixed our order quickly. Salsa bar was unlimited and had several choices. Food was reasonably priced. Enjoyed the overall experience and will definitely be back!
I visited this location today; it will definitely be the absolute last time for my coworkers, family and myself. We were overcharged by approximately 10% on our order and when I pointed out to the manager(s) that we were charged more than the menu price for our drinks and a side item they refused to do anything about and stated “This is what we were told to do.” When I replied I would ask my bank to dispute the amount of the credit card charge one of the mangers called me a fraud and told me to leave the store. It's obvious this franchise owner does not value or respect customers if this type deceptive business practice is occurring and the staff is allowed to make such unfounded defamatory accusations to customers. I suggest spending your money elsewhere.
It wasn't very crowded when we arrived, so we were able to quickly get our food, eat and be on our way. Store was nice and clean.
Staff is always friendly and the food is reliably good. Moe's is a regular in our house for a reason
