staff was great today as always!!!
Needed to buy a $50.00 gift card as a gift for an out-of-state relative who is a big McDonald's fan. Only one cashier at the counter. A family in front of me changed their order several times before finally making up their mind. The cashier was pleasant but there were no gift cards at the counter. She spoke with the manager and just watching her body language I am sure that she didn't want to take time to go to the office and procure any. I said thank you to the cashier went to another McDonald's location that was nearby and purchased a $50.00 gift card there.
It was very dry and oddly enough the frappe machine was down. Luckily they Have already sold enough burgers or they'd be riding up on a burger king reputation of advertising ice cream but not serving any. Lol.
Drive through lady would not allow me to add a fry at the pay window not the pickup window. Seems to me she just could care less about the owner making money. Cuz she sure did refuse to allow me to buy some fries.
Unlike most McDonald's I've gone to, they didn't know how to ring up 4 individual quarter pound patties without ringing up 4 quarter pounders, which are a lot more.This cost me $7 extra on my lunch, and even though I'll be visiting the area more, I can guarantee that I will not be eating here any longer.The food is okay, but nothing special.The service was mediocre; not nearly worth the $15/hr they want for that position.
My son ordered his own food today. The cashier was friendly and patient and helped him to order exactly what he wanted. Drive thru moved quickly and his items were prepared with care. No complaints from him.
They closed early due to short staffing. While that's understandable, they failed to communicate it to patrons in the normal sense of turning off the signs and lights. But rather asked us to wait then simply walked away... The manager tried to help but at that point it was too far into closing to accommodate our order.
The burgers and fries were hot and fresh and tasted as good as they possibly could. Happy with the employees and the design of the restaurant.
I haven't had McDonald's in a Long time, but had a taste for their fries. The place was nice and clean. I would've given it 5 ⭐ if the cashier's attitude was pleasant and if my food was fixed correctly. I asked for tomatoes, didn't get it. I asked for extra tartar, they literally poured it on my fish sandwich, It Was running EVERYWHERE! NOW... I must say, the fries ?were GREAT and so was my Sprite. Lol.
Just asked for 2 sausage egg mcmuffins. Got to work and got 1 sandwich with 2 sausage patties.... REALLY??? Why is this stuff so difficult???
