This Mcdonald sucks, everyone needs to be fired. Cashier hanging out the window like you pulling up to a homie house. Just ghetto ! Get a new staff at this mcdonald's. They have your orders wrong everything, the milkshake machine stays down, cold fries and they just started serving lunch. Lazy! The Mexican guy always be putside cleaning, no else.
Today i went inside and the lady with the green hair was working drive thru passing the food out the window was vaping behind the counter arnd i told the young male manger about it and he said something to the girl that was vaping and both of them started laughing. So i will be calling corporate. Also our food looked like a 2 year old made it a 2 year old made it
Customer service needs to be taught again at some of these fast food establishments. It is not a question of 'Is that all?' it should be 'Can I get you anything else?' or 'What else can I get you?'. All of that went out the window. I spent about $40 on this visit and that is a fair amount for fast food.
I ordered through the app tonight. Got to the store, went to the curbside and put in the number "stall" I was in. I sat for about 15 minutes waiting on my food. I had ordered two McDouble's with no onions. I watched 3 or 4 cars come and go through the drive through. I backed up and went through the drive through and let the guy know I was there to pick up my order, so he had pulled me around to the 2nd window. I sat there for another 5 minutes before someone came to the window. The manager is the only reason I am giving it four stars. She went above and beyond. She found my order, which was deleted. Which is also why I had sat at the check in for 15 minutes. This is not the first time though I have had an excellent experience with Adriana either. She really does go above and beyond for her customers. She is awesome. I maybe spelling her name wrong.
Service was the worst. I walked in and no one greeted me and maybe a minute later is said good morning and got ignored. One of the ladies working the window looked at me twice and said nothing. The lady that looked at asked the other one if she was working up front and she said I don’t know and I’m not helping him. Very poor service. You’ll never get this at Chick-fil-A.
Did not have the regular Carmel for sundaes out, so just squirted on some used for drinks. Huge difference and very disappointing. Service was good otherwise.
Worse McDonald’s around. Every time I go anytime after work at night they always seem to only be doing DoorDash and Uber eats orders and refuse to take my order even though they are open and they do not seem to be busy because the staff has plenty of time to stand around and do nothing
I put in a mobile order at this location and it allowed me to place my order but when I pulled up to the location it was completely dark and there were employees inside so I pulled up to the intercom and was ignored then pulled up to the window to ask them what I should do about the fact that I had an order placed with him and they were obviously close but the employees inside very blatantly ignored me
Hi there Google Gang it's yo Boi BiggHall. I stopped by and got my usual, #13Double Quarter Pounder meal, this McDonald's was even better than the McDonald's I visited three days ago. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was even better and FRESHER..... I'll definitely be returning soon, thanks McDonald's, Knox Abbott Drive
Waited 4 minutes to get an answer and drive thru and 8 more minutes to place a breakfast order of Mcgriddle
