Manager Erica displayed unprofessionalism and rude attitude. Ask for extra butter and Parm on my breadsticks and it is almost as if I asked her to pay for them the way she slammed everything around after that point. The head manager while GM was informed and did absolutely nothing but completely disregard her behavior. I am from the north and we would never allow this type of mentality or level of professionalism but little Caesars is new to the south so I guess welcome to the south.
this location has the most unprofessional staff i have ever met. every single person were in their phone and not paying attention to customers. even the employees making the pizzas were in their phones WHILE making pizza. all we ordered was hot and ready cheese pizza, which was neither hot, nor ready, despite just coming out of the oven. will not be frequenting this establishment anymore.
15 minute wait at a place that sells “hot and ready” pizzas. Not a single person in store but somehow still had to wait. Plus terrible service, pretty usual there.
I ordered pizza and they said it would be ready in about 20 mins and when I went to get my pizza that I paid for and they closed and I had to pull up to a worker and ask what about my pizza I paid for and they said to call in the morning to get my pizza made. I was irate cuz then I had to find some where else to get food for supper. My thing is whatnis that was the last money I had if I would have known they wasn't going to make it and close before I got there they should have told me so I could have gone some where else. Not cool lost my respect and business
For a reasonable price it is great.. Always Fresh and Hot.
The past few times i been coming here pizza has gotten worse this time my pizza was almost like raw doe it was not very pleasent and i was charged for a cheese crust pizza when all i asked for was a Mushroom pizza and was over charged not happy i wont be back for a while.
Staff was friendly and immediately took more order waited 5 minutes and my order was ready.
