After multiple visits, im finally going to leave a review. Literally the worst drive through fast food establishment. They make you wait to order until each car is paid. They never have everything on the menu. They are always under staffed. They do not care for your time or money. As a small business owner myself, I'm not going to just complain without a solution. Honestly, either the management team here should step it up, or just sell the property. I'll gladly buy it, manage, and staff it into being a proper establishment again.
Worst staff attitude I have ever encountered!As I sat in the holding lane and had paid for my order, they decided that it was a quick pick up order that was canceled. After 20 minutes, and many other cars passing me, I questioned an employee about my order as she passed by me. WHAT AN ATTITUDE! No offer to check on it or anything to show she even comprehended. 38 minutes later she brought the order to me without a word. I asked if she even cared that yhe service was bad. She said no.
This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. They get the order wrong every time (Which is why I no longer go there) And the staff is very rude. A few years ago two workers actually got into a fight at the window while I was waiting for my food. I didn't go back for years, then unfortunately went there again. The woman got my whole order wrong, then told me, "That's what you said!" On an order that was not even close to what I ordered. She then threw the bag at me. I won't ever go there again. Ghetto KFC.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited 35 minutes in drive thru for "fresh" chicken just to receive a bucket of slimy soggy chicken. I would not feed this to my dog let alone my family. Tried to call the restaurant to see if they could remake my order but never got an answer. It's almost like they put old chicken back in the grease. They were not even busy it was 3 cars in line. Don't waste your money at this KFC.
If i could give them one star i would. Placed order at drive thru at 12:02, was told to pull up....12:19 we tried to go find out what was going on. Doors locked. Cashier comes out 3 mins later, shoves a bag thru car window, looking thru bag, literally nothing in bag was ours. She turns around rudely ask if we have it all. And husband says no, just give us our money bag. Lady was obviously flustered and rude, says they only have two people. Went back to drive thru window and waited, yet again, another woman came to window with our receipt, asked how we paid, CASH....Got our money back and wasted a good 20 minutes at this place.Kfc needs to have enough employees or not even open the store. That was a s"$t show. At least we got some free tea. Lol.
My husband and I are doordashing and last we went, there was a new person who wasn’t getting training. Every time we have gone there, we always have to drop the order because no one is doing what they should over there. Hire better people or shut that location down.
Went through the drive through twice last month. The first time I noticed I was charge way more than usual but didn’t say anything. I’m a good inspector and I know prices are ridiculous especially chicken. Second time, charged even more for the same order. I ordered the 5.50 box and was charged 5.99 plus my side was also more than what was on the reader board at the drive thru. I mentioned it to the lady at the window that I was charged a lot more than what is posted and she said that’s just the way it is!! That’s false advertising!!! Haven’t been back since and have told several of my coworkers who used to go there weekly. That’s ridiculous!!
I was happy that I received much better customer service (hence the 3 stars) but I’m disappointed with my food. I ordered 2 famous bowls and inside of both bowls were old burnt corn which messes up the whole bowl. I would like to be reimbursed for these items hopefully the owner will respond to me.
Only one register working. Sat in drive thru 30+ minutes. Lady did apologized. Was asked about Sauce for the popcorn chicken, told her what I wanted, didn't get any sauce. Why take the time to ask if I'm not going to get it anyway.
My co worker and I stopped here for lunch. I didn't get any food because I had food back at our shop. But I did get a Large sweet tea. He was supposed to have a Pepsi with his combo, but was unaware he ended up with a tea until we got back to the our shop. When I sat down for my lunch had a couple bites I decided to have a shot of the tea to quench my thirst. At that moment I was nearly floored by the amount of sugar that was in the tea. I attempted to cut it with water to "NO AVAIL". At that time my co worker said, they gave me a Dxxx Tea and I asked for a Pepsi". I said it was so much sugar in it I about died.
