Okay, I’ve been going here for a quite awhile. A place I lean against in times of need. However, I’m not met with the same determination. It’s not too difficult to add sauce that’s asked for. I know very well that no one prefers dry chicken. Does anyone eat anything without condiments?If it were once maybe twice, I wouldn’t even bat an eye; it’s not. Nearly every occasion I am left with no condiments. The sauce is half the chicken, for an establishment to pride themselves on chicken how, how, do you forget what goes with the chicken?
I came to this KFC awhile back and experience awesome customer service from a gentle man named Marqus or Mario from NY. Very personable I wanted thank him again for introducing me to the cajun bowl and I met the manager who has great customer service too. I hope they all do well prosper.

The service was horrible! Have not been in a few months so was not aware the dining room was open. Went through the drive thru as normal for a mobile pickup but needed to order additional food that was asked for after order was submitted online. Was not able to do so. She was short and said to use the side door. Order was supposed to be ready at 10:50 we arrived a bit after and still had to wait 20 minutes. The beyond chicken is horrible! Breading tastes okay but the 'meat' texture is like pate, Nay like liver. The normal food was great per everyone else and the order was surprisingly accurate. The rating is due to the service and wait.
Food was cold, service was poor, acted like I was an interruption the their texting. Staff was unaware of special and menu as well. Lights were out on board and stuff was on board they don't even sell anymore.
Very poor customer service they are not friendly and they don't give you exactly what you paid for they give you someone else's order

Didn’t have any biscuits as I showed up the last hour before closing. They were apologetic and gave me a free piece of chicken. Great customer service!
Went thru drive thru 12-10-2021 around 7 pm. Order 2 pc original leg and thigh with green beans and sweet tea. received mashed pot and gravey. order 1 pc extra crispy breast with green beans. receive original and mashed potatoes. The lady at the window has nail so long she couldn't hang on nor count out the right change. She shorted us 1.01. I said something and she gave me the dollar. Also did not give a receipt as proof of our purchase. I know everyone is short handed but I'd rather for them take longer and get the order right. And the nails really need to go for this type of work.
