Do not go to this Jersey Mike's They will tamper with your food. I watched 2 gentlemen today go to the back and put something in my order The young lady was cooking my food and she took my sub out of My eyesight and the 2 gentlemen walked over and blocked what was going on but I saw one gentleman drop something in my sandwich. after that I told the manager to remake it they were laughing about it because they knew what was going on this is ridiculous I called the corporate office and filed a formal complaint people do not understand if you are playing with someone's food you can either go to jail or be seriously injured because of this situation.
Ordered 2 sandwiches 1 BLT and 1 Ham and Provolone both Mike's way I was the only customer in the shop and waited for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. When I got home to eat, both had been completely saturated with oil. I've been to Mike's plenty of times in Norwich and other locations and never had such terrible service and sandwiches. Whatever crew was working 4-1-22 between 5 and 6 pm needed adult supervision and training to keep Jersey Mike's a good place to get a sandwich. I won't go back.
The CLEANEST food establishment ever!! All the staff are super pleasant and efficient. Even the bags of chips are in perfect order ?
First off I want to say that Jersey Mike's is by far my favorite sub shop. Today The crew at this location absolutely killed it. Jersey Mike's is running their Special Olympics donation event where 100% of the proceeds go to supporting the Special Olympics. It was awesome to see an endless line from the local community where most of the people in line were saying that they were specifically there to support the event. The crew behind the counter on the sunset boulevard location in West Columbia was hustling not skipping a beat. Kudos to them and a company with high moral standards.
Food was amazing and their customer service is awesome. The new girl is sweet and makes a damg good sammich!!
I always arrive at this location when I am craving a sub sandwich. Great staff and quick service.
Something about the meat I had didn't sit well. It was mushy, almost like processed or imitation meat. Won't be eating there again.
You get what you order in a well made sandwich. Use the app for pickup or curbside. This store is on time or EARLY 95% of the time. Staff is cordial even when smoking busy.
