This was one of the worst experiences ever!! I love hardees! But this was horrible. I waited 45 minutes for FRESH food and still didn't get my order right. I ordered 5 fingers and only received 3. My fries were soggy and not even half full. My husband's ham sandwich was dry and hard. My daughters burger was not even hot!!! The chicken wasn't even cooked all the way through.
They're good to eat breakfast the service was pretty fast in the drive-through
The bacon platter is really good. If you're a senior, be sure to specify "senior" coffee to save on your coffee. This location's food is good, but ask for a knife so you can cut the gravy biscuit well if getting the bacon or sausage platter. They used to include a knife automatically, but no more. Ask for extra napkins too. This hints will make sure you aren't missing utinsils or napkins.
Awful! Made my order, got to the window and when my food was "ready" they brought one item at a time. They forgot my French fries and when I asked they told me just a moment. The fries they ended up giving me were raw. I drove back around and spoke to the manager she gave me another order of fries and they were still cold, at least they were not frozen. Would not recommend this store.
The staff did an excellent job in spite of being understaffed. They were pleasant, filled orders as quickly as they could and got everything right. They deserve a raise!
A little slower than normal but very clean and order was correct and staff was friendly.
Our window server with red hair and tattoos was so sweet! We ended up giving her a Reese's Christmas tree lol. The food was hot and fresh. My husband absolutely enjoyed his meal!
These people stay messing up orders . Unprofessional , low quality service . The only reason I keep going back . Is the fact that I love the Frisco Burger , and it's close to my job . They never have many customers around lunch time . I wonder why ? ?

Ordered a burger with cheese,mustard, pickels and onion. Drove 30 miles to work and when I bit into it, there was ketchup and mayonnaise. It was ruined.
