Iove their burgers; good flavor and juicy. Wife asked about a lo-carb burger ((which is a burger with toppings wrapped in lettuce, not a bun), so juicy used 2 napkins5.29.22 CHANGE FROM 5 TO 3 as we went back, in drve thru, and got two 1/3 lb cheeseburgers. Ate 6 to 7 minutes later and both were very overcooked, were burned on one side and very dry. This is why I seldom use drive thru, you don't know the quality until after leaving.
Extravagant for just two things! I requested an Angus Bacon Cheese Burger and they're three piece Chicken Tenders. The burger was exceptionally dry and it accompanied no cheddar. How disheartening to had gotten an Angus Bacon CHEESE burger with NO CHEESE! The Chicken Tenders had positively no flavor. As I was eating them the breading continued to go to pieces. I didn't burn through my time completing it. In general, no significant delay in line. Goodness and obviously the sit tight for your food is quick because of whoever's not preparing it right.
Ordered 3 sausage biscuits and 2 lrg hashbrowns. One of the biscuits had a busted up sausage that was missing about 1/4 of it. Other two were fine and hashbrowns were okay. Just hate not getting value you've paid for. Things cost enough these days. Cashier at the window was super pleasant though.

Food was fine, took a little long but tasted good. They really couldn't give me a honey mustard though.
Paid nearly ten bucks for a hot dog. Because I got wrong food charged for and no refund offered. My last money I'll ever spend there.
Service was slow and my burger was a sloppy mess! No excuse for giving someone food in this condition. I love Hardee's but, I won't be going back to this location
hadn't been in Hardee's in a while and I remember why but, it was cross the street from my hotel. only thing big about my burger was the bun! the burger was thin as a ritz cracker
Corporate need to investigate this Hardee’s the general manager and the area manager over her is not any good they do not care about the customers, every time I see the general manager she looking dumb!!!!
Burgers are good, but the drive thru doesn’t move. Literally had to pull out of line on 3 separate occasions due to LONG WAITS (like sat there 15 minutes and only 1 car length moved).
