A little pricey, but foods usually pretty good. The fries are super thin so keep in mind they will probably need a reheat/crisp in air fryer if you're taking home to eat. One of the better burger franchises.
Stopped in for a quick burger and some fries. Added some cheese curds and all was good. To be fair the burger was a bit lack luster. Just very little taste. The fries and curds however were great and the fry sauce is always delicious.
I would like to say you have the best staff in Columbia SC working for you company!! I have only visit your restaurant twice and the staff are great. Today Draya took my order. She was so patient and nice. I couldn't wait to see who she was being so kind.Thanks again,L Harrell

Idk what happened. We were there for a quick little class get together. THEN THEY GAVE ME THE FRIES I ORDERED. Holy What I have never seen so many fries. Tiny shoestring fries! Hundreds of them! It was a kid meal for my son, we were going to eat somewhere else after, and 4 of us wound up working on that pile. His cheeseburger looked amazing. When we finished I went ahead and ordered another fry basket bc we were having such a great time. And unlimited fry dip! WHAT! My son also had a cup of chocolate custard, he loved it. Not into "Rita's" custard so I was surprised Freddy's was so good. Super nice staff, super clean. We don't live near here but will 100% return.
Awesome Hamburgers best around neighborhood kids I took with us said Aunt Nancy this is the best Cheeseburger we have ever eaten plus enjoyed custard too.
Delish! It reminded us of a cross between A&W and Steak N Shake, but better. We ordered the cheese curds, cheeseburger kid's meal, chicken tenders kid's meal, and some turtle custards, and a dirt n worm concrete...everything was delightful, hot, and fresh. Service was great and it didn't take long. Price is what you would expect it to be..about $9 for a regular combo meal. Will be going back soon.
I wasn’t too pleased with the bun on my black bean patty sandwich. It didn’t portion out correctly, the patty was too big and the bun fell apart completely when trying to eat it. But it tasted good so I guess that’s what matters and the workers where very friendly.
It could just be that this particular Freddy's was in South Carolina, and southerners are the nicest people, but I also believe because the food was so great that we thoroughly enjoyed dining there. The burgers tasted old fashioned and were hot, fresh, and delicious! The custard was amazing! The hubby can't stop mentioning Freddy's and wants to try the one in our neck of the woods.
Love the custard, been here multiple times but staff can do better.Sunday around 4pm wecame in, all four of us (our family). There were people eating in and there was a gentleman in front of us. After he ordered and paid we were told by staff that they cannot take our order, that we had to go use a drive thru. I asked since we were already waiting there can she just run my card on the drive thru terminal, but she said she cannot.So, she wanted all 4 of us to leave, get in my vehicle and drive around to order food, then park and go back inside to eat. I find that very annoying and not at all customer friendly so we left.I hope that the management reads this review and correct this. Easy solution was to take our order and simply run my card on the drive in terminal inbetween customers. But no, we were forced to leave as that was idiotic.I gave 2 stars as the custard is great but we didn't get any on this visit.
