The employees were not that friendly. The whole floor was sticky and I mean everywhere. Also where you get your drinks was very very very very nasty. Looks like it hadn't been clean in awhile.
This is the 2nd time that I have tried this place and both times my sandwich has been incorrect. When you only have a 30 minute lunch break you don't have time to be running or driving back across the street for them to fix what they messed up. Will not be returning to them or any other firehouse ever again because they have left a bad taste in my mouth. I rather go to Subway, Jersey Mike's, Sub station II, or etc. before I return back here.
I get the Hook and Ladder combo every time I go to Firehouse. The one I had here was the best one ever! The staff was friendly and my sandwich was ready very fast. I highly recommend this Firehouse location!
I have been to five different stores around columbia and this store has left the best impression on me; it seems like the staff and management care and to give great customer service. Thank you Maria for such great customer service and an exceptional sub and I can't wait to stop by again.
Wanted to charge my debit card three different times for the discount it wasn't that much different in the price sub are usually better and the cashier had a attitude because I didn't let her do three different charges.
More expensive than some other sub shops but worth it. Nice staff too.

I got a sandwich from them 2 days ago and it was really good. Made just how I asked. Today I got a sandwich and it was good but they mixed my condiment request up. Instead of giving me extra mayo I got extra mustard. Still pretty good though. I will go back!
Firehouse is always a good choice for a sandwich chain. This particular store did a good job. I put in an online order and our group's timing changed. I walked in 30 minutes early and they quickly made my order ahead of schedule.
