Went to drive thru at 11:30 they were out of Muffins AND munchkins… so I asked well what do y’all have the the gentleman answered with an attitude, WHAT DO YOU MEAN? It’s just disappointing the quality of service has gone down with fast food AND Dunkin’ during the pandemic. I know a lot of places are short staffed but we are all in this together. Running out of items at any of the Dunkin locations seems to be a TOO COMMON occurrence.
I got a strawberry refresher with green tea and I got water not green tea and I asked for a strawberry pink frosted doughnut wit sprinkles I got a white frosted doughnut with sprinkles I definitely do not recommend
Normally this place is speedy and accurate. This morning, the greeting was sour and effortless. I was basically asked if I had ordered yet. I have what I wanted and she quoted me $7 for an iced coffee but let me know they had no cream but I could get it with milk and sugar. After waiting in line 15 minutes after ordering I drove off. I understand everyone is short handed but to be impolite plus slow was too much this morning.
Perfectly mixed drinks, delicious donut, and friendly service! The amount of flavor in the drinks was exactly right. Not many Dunkin locations do that. I love that my donut was in a box and not in a bag. I hate when the donut is in the bag and messes up the toppings. The lady at the window knew exactly what to do!
Poor quality breakfast sandwich. Tasted dry and burned. Tea tasted like it was made in a coffee pot. I will never go back.
This place is horrible. If you ask for extra cream and sugar in an iced coffee, you're going to get two inches of granulated sugar at the bottom of your cup of milk, and a splash of coffee. It's happened more than once. They used to make decent signature iced lattes but lately that's been lacking. They forget key ingredients (espresso, cocoa powder). This location is not worth going to if you can help it.
Walked in to get a coffee, girl added condiments for me and I still don't know why. I almost got some coffee with my creamer and after wondering about the taste, I poured it out, full of coffee grounds.
Worst Dunkin in Town! What’s the point of opening a dunkin if you never have doughnuts..? This is now the 3rd time in the last month that I stop to get doughnuts before school for my kids and they have no doughnuts at 7:30 in the morning…! So much for special before school treats! They should of put a Krispy Kreme here instead! Dunkin Doughnuts Fail!
Thank you DaQuan and Avé for the best customer service. My coffee was made to perfection as well as my sandwich. They have phenomenal personalities and great customer service skills so I would definitely be returning to this location. Great Job!!!
"We don't have bagels, we don't have any hot or cold coffee, the egg patties are frozen solid. You have to go to a different Dunkin" then slammed the drive thru door shut n walked away.If I could give a negative 10, thats what they deserve.
