Worst experience ever! This is why I stopped ordering from you guys last time. My children waited me to give you guys another chance... Ordered $60 worth of pizzas for delivery. Pizzas were quality checked within 16 minutes of receiving order. Email sent said pizza would be delivered within 26 minutes of order. Still waiting on the pizzas after 1 1/2 hours. Called location, was on hold for 15 minutes. Called back got a messaging service & they couldn't help me. Called back to the store; finally got a "live" person after 5 more minutes of waiting. Excuses, excuses, excuses..this is all "me "the consumer received! Said they couldn't process my refund due to manager being on window & oven. That she would do it as soon as she can. Understand this- me the consumer doesn't want a "phone guarantee" of payment reversal from a driver. The refund process should always be started while an unhappy customer is on the line.... I understand you may be understaffed & orders are backed up. I too understand that pizzas can sit in cambro bags after being made for up to 2 hours but you also know the quality and integrity of the pizza diminish greatly. If a location is unable to keep up with orders and deliver within a decent time frame ,it's best to temp suspend delivery service until you can get caught up. My children are over being hungry, good thing they aren't starving!! This will be the last time any Domino's location gets MY business.... And I really hope that your GM calls me back like you said!!
Id give zero stars if i could. No food no call rude manager "Tristen". Cancelled order due to no drivers claimed he called but no missed shown on phone. Said went to voice-mail but didnt bother to leave message ? Wonder why didn't have driver ... because all the good ones left for other stores. Glad dominoes can afford to loose regular customers. I called to make an order for carry out. Got what sounded like a foreigner. Placed my order. Went and picked it up. Not what I asked for. Do not recommend.
Since new management has gotten there they do not honor any of the dominoes deals or policies , I ordered curbside and my order never came outside so should have been free but they did not want to honor the deal because I was not parked in the fire lane
I ordered two different pasta bowls. Received two of the same bowls. This would have been caught if anyone bothered to checked order for accuracy. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Needless to say I won’t be ordering anything else from here.
Overcharged for two pizzas and never refunded the money to my account as promised. I've been a loyal customer but I'll never support this business anymore.
Wait an hour and a half for a pizza delivery. It never came. I call the store, and I get told the pizza was made 30 minutes ago but when the driver gets back it will be the third delivery he drops off. No thanks! No one wants to wait 2 hours for cold pizza!
I have alot of problems lately with dominos on plat springs Rd. Either they don't have what I order which has been twice now or they don't have a driver which has been twice now as well
I have been very impressed the last 2 times I have ordered. I have ordered many times during this pandemic & was patient with staffing issues during it but this current staff as of today is beyond phenomenal. Ordering online is simple & as soon as I arrive they come to the window and two seconds later I have my order. The pizza was perfect , the entire order both times was perfect. Everyone ordering food period knows you don't always get things the way you expect them, so to get a great order twice in a row is simply unheard of therefore I rate you guys a 5 out 5 diamond rating your crew is amazing.
Waited a little over 2 hours before I decided to cancel my order as it still wasn't out for delivery. I don't blame the employees. I blame management and owner for not being able to keep up with volume. Regardless I won't spend any money here anymore I'll be going to the big cheese from now on.
