Food was good but service was extremely slow
For starters there is only one waitress and one cook. It was 4 of us. The drinks taste like dirt no matter what drink you get. My mom's food had a hair in it, my grandpa food wasnt cooked, my food was freeze burn, when the waitress was cutting fruit up to go on top of pancakes she wasn't wearing gloves after touching everything ?? they don't tell you that the city water is nasty before they bring your drinks. Worse costumer service and nastiest food! I would think twice before going here!
Dissatisfactory guest services. The bathroom was filthy. No one at host desk upon arrival. No one greeted us even after the employees appeared out of no where.I was not given my food. I had to approach the order and confirm it was mine. They did not give me my dessert. They disregarded the request to remove tomatoes. I am allergic to tomatoes. This is a serious health risk.Management please reach out to me. I would like a refund for this order. There is no clear path to resolution on the Dennys.com website. This establishment is not good. This is not the first time I’ve been here.
good food...service is excellent good n warm ambiance
Worst dining experience EVER! Took my daughter and her friend to eat after prom and, granted, it was after 11 pm but it was NOT busy. We got seated but it took 45 mins and me getting up and walking to the counter to remind them that we were still waiting for DRINKS. One of the ladies (Tonya) was super rude and after I complained she went OUT OF HER way to avoid coming to our table. She even lied to another waitress about having already gotten our order. They had a speaker on one of the tables in the back and were playing raunchy music extremely loud. It was awful. A meal that should have taken 30-45 minutes at most lasted over 2 hours. Stay away from this place. And stay away from Tonya.
Food was very good and fresh. Definitely will be returning‼️
Have been to this place multiple times the past 5 years I have been in this region. I only get pancakes whenever I have visited and have always loved the taste. It is a tad bit sweeter than I would like (May be because I always get the cookie dough) but all in manageable limits and hence I would recommend to try the local establishments.Servers are all very friendly and polite. Very open to feedback when you causing as well. Good establishment.
This was possibly the worst dining experience in the history of dining. The only reason that we went was because everywhere we else had at least at 30 minute wait. My fiance had the spicy skillet and it was cold, saucy and salty. Explain that? I had a grandslam which was okay. My pancakes were sweet and cold. But our server was sweet
I am a long time customer of Denny’s. I go to Denny’s almost three days a week. However I think today maybe my last day supporting this establishment and others may follow from entire hospital. The cook has cooked my food incorrectly. Harsbrown isn’t done and hardly no vegetables in the Omelette, just a bunch of meat. Not only he cooked it incorrectly, when the waiter tried to get him to fix it correctly, he wouldn’t. He proceeded to come to the front, be loud and very rude. He also went over to a customer and was loud and rude while rudely interrupting a conversation that i was having with the waiter. When you enter the establishment isn’t clean at all. Dust everywhere, spiderwebs on the bear machine, and glass is very dirty It seem like since the pandemic they have forgotten about how to treat customers and allow workers to treat customers badly. It seem like they hired anybody over the Integrity of the business. I have file a complaint with corporate. If I don’t hear from them, i will be back to post pictures and informing the hospital as well . I am shocked that the manager of this establishment allowed this happen and wasn’t no where to be found. In order to avoid an argument and getting myself out of character, I decided to leave and file a complaint. So, in my opinion I suggest no one goes there because of the rude cook and he doesn’t cook your food correctly. It seem like the cook runs the business and everybody does what he says. I am very disgusted, shock, and hurt about what happen today. This use to be the best Denny’s but now I see they are not to the 3.9 star standards.
I am a long time customer of this particular Denny’s. I go to them maybe three days a week. However, I will not be going to them anymore. The food was cooked incorrectly twice , on two different occasions. The cook is very loud and very rude. He seems like he runs the establishment and there is no manager to be found. Most of the Lexington hospital staff already don’t support them because of the food not being cooked correctly or tasting good, as well as the establishment not being clean. What made me continue to go back because of an amazing waiter named Jacob. He did apologize for the the rudeness of the cook but it wasn’t much he could have done. I am very shock, disgusted, and hurt that Denny’s will hire and allow their employees to be rude and refuse to make an order right. It seem like Denny’s doesn’t care about the Integrity or customer service over making money especially since the pandemic. Why was the cook in the front being rude, loud, and interrupting conversation blows my mind and leave me confused? I have filed a complaint with corporate. I have did a review on google. On google they have very bad reviews complaining about the samething as me. The establishment isn’t clean, dust as you walk in, spider webs on the teddy bear machine and glass look like cloudy. I have posted pictures to show the uncooked food and the food that wasn’t done correctly. If you are a worker at Lexington hospital, it’s in my strongest opinion and experience that you don’t go eat at this establishment because you will be very disappointed and may have the black bald headed cook come and yell at you and make you feel threatened as well. Don’t even ask for a manager because the manager isn’t no way to be found and it seem like the manager allows the cook to run the business.
