I am not sure who’s idea it was to create a ‘mobile order only’ line for this location but it ain’t working.. The past few times I’ve come here the line has been wrapped out into the main road and NO ONE is in the mobile order line. I loved this location for its fast service and that is no more. It’s now a wasted drive thru line. Food is still good though.
Got the cob salad, the young woman working the drive-thru was amazing. The drivethru manager was horrible. I was given a salad with what appeared to have no cheese or bacon, just a whole chicken breast the manager refused to cut, half an egg and two tomatoes and 3 or 4 pieces of corn. When I asked about the other ingredients the drive-thru manager didn't care and said repeated that's the way its made.
I come here very often and it’s always great service! Except for today : May 6 2022. They just started mobile order lane , so I placed an order quickly on the app and used the mobile express lane. With all the action I forgot to add sauces to my order, so I simply asked for sauce at the window and a young lady - Susie - was very rude to my husband about simply asking for a sauce! She snapped and said you need to order that on the app! And something else I couldn’t hear under her breath. I was very disappointed as I always get the BEST service here. Will definitely be back again though!
I love stopping by this location! Service is really fast and staff are really friendly! One in particular always make my day, Mia! She is always so patience, helpful and kind and always have a smile on her face! She needs to be recognized for her uplifting energy and positive attitude she always display to her customers! It's employees like Mia that keeps me stopping by and ordering here! Keep up the outstanding work Mia and always let your light inside of you shine as bright as the stars, moon and the sun!
That drive thru idea with the mobile app express way and the regular drive thru idea was the worst idea EVER! The mobile app line is empty while the regular line is packed til the end of the street… WHAT SENSE DOES IT MAKE… and then the cars are all fighting each other to get thru from different angles… if my car gets damaged I’m definitely gonna sue CFA!
We ordered a wrap however it would have taken 10-15 min for them to make. We ended up having to order something else. The food was delicious as always though.
Very nice drive thru attendant! And of course the grilled chicken sandwich was perfect! Don't be confused with the line because the system they have makes it a breeze and a pleasure to go through!
My son found 3 little brown hairs in his waffle fries. Very unprofessional and discussing. They didnt do anything to resolve out problem We will not be eating at this location anymore.

I love chick fila and have been coming to this one for a while. I’ve never had a problem with the service until I went today and one employee working the drive thru was just incredibly hostile and rude. I opened my drivers side door to empty a drink out I had sitting in my cup holder, and she immediately began screaming at me. She screamed “no, no, no” from afar, so being unaware if she was talking to me or not, I closed my door and stopped. She then came over to my car and proceeded to talk to me like I was a child and told me that I can’t pour my drink out right there, because one of the employees might trip and fall. Well, 1. I was pouring the drink onto the road that cars are driving over, so I’m not sure how you’re going to trip and fall on that. 2. I didn’t have a problem with you asking me to stop, but I didn’t understand why you felt the need to lecture me as if I were your child and speak to me so rudely. I’m not sure what the woman’s name was, but she was working drive thru and I do not think she was a manager.
