Most of the times I've been here, my family has had terrible service. However in the most recent months before work (around 2pm) I have always got my order quickly, and the food was fresh.Today I wanted to get 4 of the new $1 frozen lemonade slushees. I was only able to get one, but I got it for free due to only being able to make one.Another location couldn't make the lemonades on time, and I assume it was about to be the same at this location, so I hope in the future that the slushee machines will be working and refilled.I'm leaving this 5 star review because though I've had not so good service at this location in the past, I've been getting better service and it was nice to recieve a free slushee, even if I couldn't get 4 for the family.
The 'girl' at the drive thru, started off disputing me... I say girl because she was a petite girl with glasses, who looked like a teen. I know exactly what I was reading on that screen but she got snippy and had to admit in the end, my order wasn't even up there yet. She never asked what my sauce was, for the nuggets?... No straws for our shakes and I guess, she couldn't even bear to look at me because someone else collected my money and handed me the food... With her still standing right there, turning away. She ruined it for e'erybody... Poor Customer Service.
Please shut this place down.This place hasn’t been good in years, the workers are just junkies that use the place to hang out. And the manager clearly does the same because this location has been failing for so many years with the same people still working.If you can actually get food from here without them giving you some sort of excuse why they can’t serve you. It’s always Disgusting and your order will be wrong.
Noon on Saturday April 2Ordered two for $5 burger deal. One was really cold. I returned it and asked for a hot one, which they did. It wasn't much better. Not hot enough to even melt cheese. Other burger real good. Counter girl polite and friendly, saved store from zero star review.
What is it with this place?!?! They ALWAYS leave food off of orders. I ordered the family bundle via door dash, and no fries. I understand mistakes, being understaffed and overwhelmed. But for the same things happening over and over is pathetic.
I was drive thru and I told the lady that I couldn’t hear her she got a big attitude with me and I just wanted to know what was on the 2 for 5 that’s it…they just lost business that is no way to treat a customer and I went somewhere else….
Very fast service. Unfortunately when I arrived it was 10 mins until lunch so I was forced to order breakfast, instead of making me fresh food they served me a hard biscuit that wasn't edible.
I wish they had a half star or no star option I have a family of 3 and it's expensive to eat out went today buns flate food cold and sure enough like always order our drinks sweet tea was given all non sweet tea needs new workers and new managers with better attitude and ones not there just for a check
Food always tastes good but i am always missing something! A couple days ago i ordered a wopper meal and ended up with an original chicken sandwhich instead. Then today i ordered an onion ring with my order and did not recieve it. Im very dissappointed.
I wish I didn't have to give one star!! The little pregnant girl is the most unfriendly nastiest little girl I'll came across in awhile.. I will not be going back.. this was the third time I've went there and she had the most nasty attitude everytime.. so sad.. she should be talked to about her attitude that's for sure..
