The guy at the counter was very courteous and pleasant. The food was actually good which is something I never thought I'd say about Burger King. We did have to wait for our food but it wasn't very long and the dude hooked us up. Taking a star because there was no soap in the men's bathroom. I wish I had caught the guy's name because he pretty much single handedly saved this review. He deserves a raise.
Mrs. Noelle is always so nice and friendly when I come through the drive thru. She always greets me with a smile. Thank you for that! It is noticed and appreciated!

Falling apart. The soda fountain is out of order, card reader is down, tvs are unplugged and have the plugs hanging from the TV on the ceiling. What gets me is the guy in the drive thru wearing a Bojangles fleece or the guy taking the orders wearing a Hennessy hat. Seems like they've all given up on this place.
Asked for whopper jr with cheese and no tomato and got cold fries with a whopper Jr with tomato and no cheese. Then to top it off we were told to pull forward and no one was in line This place will be hard pressed to get my cash. And they didn't give me a receipt for my order which I'm starting to think some businesses do that so you cant take a survey on them. Very disappointed with my experience.
Words can not explain the service we received today. The at the not only was she rude but the company is self is doing a huge injustice to continue to allow her to service customers. I gave a (1) because it would not allow for a zero. How bad was the service. If I was starving and coming here was my only option. I had to find another way to survive. Never Again.
Just ordered a family bundle with changes and everything was perfect and hot. Guy at drive and window was so nice. Definitely will return!
Person working the window not friendly, acted like she did not want to be there, no smile NOT A SIGN OF NOTHING GOOD!! MY FOOD NOT GOOD!It is SO true about who serves your food and how it will taste. Food served with a smile really does taste good, try it please, or should I say notice it the next time you go out to eat. I have been there many times in the past and always got pretty good service. Come on lady put a smile on your face when serving customers so you don't keep them/us from returning, unless you don't care and if not then you need to leave.
At any given time of any given day you can rest assured that this BK location will be out of stock of many side/dessert/specialty menu items without fail. That and most (or all) of your ordered item's warmth and freshness will have become a forgotten memory of the past at some point long before you receive it. I tried to give this BK many chances. I mean who doesn't like a convenient BK meal subsidized by mad coupon action? BUT NO MORE I SAY! BURN ME THRICE (WITHOUT BURNING MY FOOD TO SOMETHING MORE THAN LUKEWARM IN THE PROCESS), SHAME ON EVERYONE INVOLVED.
These fries are a minimum of 4 hours old and could possibly be older. The worst fries I've ever received in 42 years of life. The chicken fries, same. Just unbelievable that everything I got was so terribly old. That's a ZERO effort BK and whoever bagged this order should be ashamed. Literally NEVER going there again.
