Ah idk what or why this particular one or at this time frame wasn't what I have any other places. I really think the employees are not putting or giving an ? like they should. Big disappointment on one of my favorite fast food restaurants. SMHThe burger ? was okay but fries ? were not fresh at all. Again big let down ?
We were excited about getting a whopper.When we went through the drive thru and sat in parking lot, our food was not hot. We thought our French fries would be hot. We were very disappointed.
The food is okay, we now what to expect about the fast food. But definitely BK needs to spend more time training their staff, they need to be kind and focus is customer experience, these guys know how to make burgers, but they need to know how to treat their customers better
Would be a great place to open a restaurant. Went there at 730 pm and was closed.
Normally service is awful. Today we ordered over 30 burgers.Everything was correct and made quicker than expected. The reason? this staff.Please give Martha, Nicholas and Adam a raise. They for sure deserve that 15 an hour. Keep this staff, make them the core crew and give them all the perks you can.They did fantastic. If the GM sees this please get in contact with me
This burger king was great my whopper was made the way I like is . My bun was soft enough to eat . The other stores makes their bun hard and dry . People were super nice . And they are allowing dine in . So to this burger king behind pitt stop on airport Blvd.
This BK always has an issue. Ive gotten there before closing time and they are always closed. Ita thursday 8:45 pm and they are closed? Really? And actually saw someone inaide and they didnt even bother looking or come to tge window to tell me anything. He just avoided me and kepy walking where i couldnt see hin. Ridiculous. Worst bk in columbia. I promise you that. Someone needs to get fired because as an owner, i wouldnt have that going on in my business losing money.if i could give it 0 stars i would but unfortunately i cant. Just look at the time im posting this. I had to take the time to say something.
Worst Burger King ever… and that’s saying something. It smells like a bathroom and none of the deals on the board are valid. All soda was out. Gross find another stop.
Nice staff but food was cold
Good old fashioned chicken sandwich tasted good as ever. Fries were hot!
