Drive never get the order right, me and wife been 3 times at drive through, never got the orders right. We're be when go in and see what you getting , and let you know food new or older. When we went in, the foods were good and the employees was great, not now
I'm from Maryland first time coming to bojangles the food was ok nothing special, the Fried Chicken that I got had no flavor and on the dry side, the fish sandwich was ok, and the chicken sandwich wasn't bad. But this was my first time we'll see if we can change that review the next time
The chicken was greasy and lukewarm. Dirty rice was not mixed well with lumpy sausage. However she he biscuits was light and fluffy
I waited 15 minutes just for them to ask me what I ordered! Then I had to wait another 15 minutes on them to finally give me my order. Horrible service! Every time I order here, they always tell me it'll be a 7 minute wait because the food has to cook!
Laura is an amazing cashier she is super quick and friendly and provides great customer service. Drive thru is super quick Always a pleasure going to this location
They had a very long breakfast line and almost didn't stick around but they were very fast so the line wasn't a problem. Food was hot and great!! Fantastic job Bojangles!!
1/9/2022. Was told at 9:36a that we couldn't order because they were closed for an hour... the car in front of us was able to order though... seems like a really random time to close for an hour. Ijs
Their drive through speaker is distorted and almost unintelligible. I told them my order 3 times and they got it wrong. Then they were visibly annoyed at me for coming back to correct the order.
I usually have good experiences at this location, but not today. Message to management: I understand that it’s hard to come by good employees (especially in the current economic situation), but please keep the ghettoness off of the microphone. If you don’t have the skills to conduct simple customer service interactions, you should be stuck in the back building biscuits. Keep the negative energy away from customers!
I was just at this bojangles literally a minute ago and the associates were very straightforward (not rude in the slightest) and I got my food quickly and it was very good. Honestly, give that girl at the window a raise because my boyfriend left his card and was already on the road and she ran outside yelling to get our attention to give us our card. Busy road too, she almost died for her customers, give her a raise.
