About 4 weeks ago was my first time ordering a Turkey bacon ranch combo in drive thru around 8pm. It was delicious with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, turkey,bacon and ranch. A week later I ordered the same thing. In drive thru, same time, got home they didn't add the bacon...took it back, only this time I went inside, thinking this time they got it right.. didn't check it..got home and they didn't add my onion nor tomato. I was very disappointed, so I went and added my own onion and tomato... Tonight for the 3rd time I went to drive thru and ordered the same thing and I asked the order taker could they please make sure they add my bacon, onion and tomato because it was left off the last time. They said " I GOT YOU" ok thank you. This time I didn't pull right off. Looked at me food and it was a half of bacon, no onions, different turkey meat that was cut thick, and they had the end piece of the slice turkey with the skin just throw on top of the cheese. This sandwich was made all kinds of ways. I showed the drive thru cashier and they apologized, then went and made it the correct way. So dissatisfied , but thanks to the cashier who made it the correct way and he made sure he cut it down the middle.
Worse service I have ever gotten. 5 people behind me in line got their order was out and gone. I had to ask what happened to my order. Finally got mind and it wasn’t like I ordered. I ordered two roast beef and a large curly fries. They left off the special Red Sauce and the curly fries was nothing but small broken pieces. I then asked for a printed receipt and couldn’t do that either, said the printer was broken. Need some decent help quick and not that courteous.
Out of a couple of things which we tried to order...but that's reasonable with current shortages. What's not reasonable is paying for a kid's meal and not getting the juice box you requested. Unfortunately, this is not the first time items have been missing/wrong from orders here. You'd think I'd learn to check, but there are always customers behind me and I feel bad holding up the line!
Me and my mother was in the Cayce neighborhood and grabbed a quick bite too eat at Arby's on last ? Friday 3/4/2022 and my mother ordered a Turkey and Bacon Ranch Sandwich and I ordered the Classic Roast Beef Sandwich with a 6 piece Mozzarella Sticks with 2 Marinara Dipping Sauces and large Coca-Cola with my meal and we both ? everything. Thank you Stephanie for completing our order and you was ?, polite, courteous, wonderful and terrific and I would like too thank you and your Arby's staff for a wonderful job and absolutely and positively great customer service all around. Went by today to pick up dinner. Had the coupon for 2 classic roast beef sandwiches for $5. First they argued with me then decided I had to show the coupon. Not a problem....until I got home and had beef n cheddar. No thank you. I also had a coupon for 5 sliders for $5. The chicken on the slider was tiny. Not worth it. My suggestion...go to any other Arby's but the one in West Columbia.
My turkey bacon and ranch turned out to be some turkey bacon and a jar of mayonaise. I hate mayonaise. Worst $12 ive spent. You do realize ranch is in the name right?

Crispy fish sandwich was dry and there was a bunch of flour on the bottom of my bun.. Yuck. Will not order this again
